Furthermore, she mentioned I was never a customer at LCAF and that she was "baffled", I mean that is really low. I have paperwork the proves and says otherwise. This review was directed at the level of service we received from her, not because we were getting set up on paper checks on the first run. Her behavior and professionalism changed during pandemic. She did my 2020 taxes I paid her but she never gave me a copy of it. By law when your clients pay you to do their taxes you should give them their copy no matter how late we received our Refund from IRS as IRS was slow so all I asked for is copy of my taxes until now She has held my 2020 taxes hostage and refuses to give a copy will have to contact IRS. It's ridiculous. She turned out to be very unprofessional and rude !! Don't bother she will not respond. Bad unprofessional business. Very disappointed found a better professional CPA.
