ZERO Stars!!!! I hired Solomia to do my Taxes over 3 years. Everything went well until Pandemic changed we all been struggling with Covid and struggling to find jobs but there should be some understanding from cpa to clients. Her behavior and professionalism changed during pandemic. She did my 2020 taxes I paid her but she never gave me a copy of it. I asked her on many occasions through email, texts, phone calls to give me copy of my taxes but she doesn't respond. By law when your clients pay you to do their taxes you should give them their copy no matter how late we received our Refund from IRS as IRS was slow so all I asked for is copy of my taxes until now She has held my 2020 taxes hostage and refuses to give a copy will have to contact IRS. It's ridiculous. She turned out to be very unprofessional and rude !! Don't bother she will not respond. Bad unprofessional business. Very disappointed found a better professional CPA. I don't recommend her eventually her true colors comes out!!!! ZERO Stars!!!!! read more

I would give her 0 star if I could, she is very irresponsible, rude cpa,she need to be jailed what she have done to our business, I reported her to tax board and starting a lawsuit agent her.Be aware of her she is absolutely retarded and doesn't know how to be punctual, respectful and most important she doesn't know how to do her job properly read more

Absolutely no professional accountability for her mistakes. My husband and I worked with Solomia starting in 2013. She filed our personal and business tax returns. We had a very good experience with her. She continued to file our returns for the next few years. We hired Solomia to set up our corporation November of 2016. She still filed our returns and continued to help us set up our payroll for our new corporation into 2017. She said she filed all our government forms for our S-Corp, and we believed her and paid her. We are not positive what or why her attention to detail started to fail, maybe her staff..... but after several payroll mistakes and IRS notices, we decided to take our payroll business to ADP and I started to search for a CPA to file our tax returns for 2017. We have since found out she did not file our Form 2553, and she apparently didn't realize we were required to file a zero corporate tax return for 2016. These "mistakes" have so far cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars, countless hours and most recently a rejected 2018 corporate tax return due to her lack of knowledge. We are now paying a professional CPA to find and fix her mistakes. We reached out to Solomia several times and asked her to take some small accountability for her "over-sites". Her response is simply to say, "we did not hire her to file our corporate return in 2016." Seriously? We trusted her, she filed our returns, business and personal for several years prior and even the same year that SHE set up our corporation!! We expected her to at the very least acknowledge her mistake and we were even willing to accept her offer to pay for 2016 filing fee of $75. She said she would pay that two months ago, we have never received it. Now with our most recent rejection of our 2018 returns, we are possibly facing a lot more fines and or penalties due to Solomia's mistakes. We feel like we have no other choice other then to seek legal action once we get her mess cleaned up. This has been a huge learning experience for us, "BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU RELY ON AND TRUST TO HELP YOU!" For the past previous years I had no issues with Solomia and her tax services. However for the 2015 tax year it was a total disaster. Her oversight caused a $2000.00=+ tax bill for us. She was extremely slow to respond to our requests for assistance with trying to resolve the matter with the IRS. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have no idea what kind of an accountant she is as we didn't get past the reception area. Made an appointment for 630pm and she greeted us that she is still with a client and running late. My husband and I proceeded to wait for 45 minutes without any contact from her and decided that our time and business was better spent elsewhere. She did reach out and apologized for her lack of professionalism and offered us a discount if we tried agin. At this point, I had already found another accountant to help with our taxes but extended that even the best have off days. So I replied if she could fit us in before the appointment 5 days from the reply than we would try again. No response back days later so I'm done with even trying. She is young and obviously learning how to run her business. It's a shame because I prefer to support those trying to support themselves. Yet, she was disrespectful to my time and brushed off our business like she didn't need it.
