The payments went automatically and I never had to deal with anything. I had to file a claim in 2024 on my home site Insurance due to a storm and never had a problem either I was hooked up with Aegis foe homesite coverage and they were very prompt in getting everything dealt with. Come early 2026. I don't know what has happened to this local agency evidently the local brokers usually do the billing for the company or the paperwork. Well, the paperwork has been very lacking. I spoke with someone on around mid February to March to try to get my payments for my insurance straightened around and I thought it was fixed because I paid them $187 to catch up my insurance and they said they would start taking the payments out of my card again starting the next month while that never happened all of a sudden one day I was told that on March 16 they would cancel my insurance because I hadn't made any payments and I still owe them something like $98 and I received the letter for a March 16 cancellation at the end of March? Someone's not doing their job promptly so now they decided they canceled me on April 11 and I received the letter work that it was canceled today which is May 17. I advise you if you want something done right you find another insurance agency that can get their paperwork done promptly so these problems are not not found. I had an ass Insurance the next day at a much better rate with another agency and another insurance company. They were very punitive after the event that happened to my home. My deductible went from 500 to 5000. So now I'm back with a company that has nearly no deductible in a much better Payment. Maybe they did me a favor but I went over a month uninsured and I was never notified and the icing on the cake as they want me to send them another $39.... For what? So my recommendation with this agency. Until they clean their office up.....AVOID Does anybody have any monopoly money they don't need?

New Behavior Technicians are given a strong foundation when they go through our training program. This allows me to further their growth while still being able to provide quality services to my clients. For those Behavior Technicians that are not meeting company standards, there are clear protocols in place that state when it is needed to hold a disciplinary action meeting. This allows me to convey an action plan so that the Behavior Technician can clearly understand what is needed to improve. Overall, Behavior Frontiers has policies in place that allow me to complete my job duties while growing as a clinician, and I can definitely see myself here for many more years.

I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff at DG. I saw a comment below about the employees walking around without shoes and that being unprofessional, and I think that needs more explaining. They ask the kids to take off their shoes as well, it's to keep the therapy rooms and equipment clean and in good condition for all their patients. Monica who calls me to schedule or reschedule appointments is great and very understanding of the fact that we have a super packed schedule with my son due to his needs. She is not pushy and always tries to accommodate us. Karley, my son's OT therapist, is the nicest/sweetest person. She is super patient with him, and in the year that she's been with him he's made a number of wonderful improvements. Diana and Floribel have worked with my son for PT, and although it was a rough start and only a few months in he has made great strides as well. I will continue to bring my son to DG as long as we see him making positive changes in his development and as long as my interaction with the staff continues to be a positive one.
