I order a tarp for a cover for my hey ring. The ring didn't last a week, and the stitching came loose, causing to to fray. I wrote to the company and they explained that the damage was cause by an external force (wind). Then explained the warranty wouldn't cover the tarp I purchased. From the website: "100% waterproof, and UV-resistant fabric makes sure your furniture is protected at all times." This statement is patently false. Even the higher-end fabric I chose is not UV resistant. There was noticeable fading within a couple months of being on a patio that gets sun half the day. There was no rain, so no other weather factors contributed to the discoloration. Temperatures do not get higher than the mid 90s, so extreme temperatures are not to blame. Also, I measured and remeasured the cushions to ensure I had exact specifications per the template on their website. Rather than putting the zipper on the back as it was setup, they all came on the side. So, each cushion has a zipper going halfway under the legs. Their website currently shows an average of 4.71 stars out of 5, but I know my, and many other reviews I saw, do not appear on their website. This is purposefully misleading and deceptive. I tried contacting them multiple times about my order's delay, delivery time from when they stated it was shipped (which was a lie, as someone I chatted with through their website let slip,) and actions they would take to correct their production mistakes. As advertised on their home page no shipping or duty, no true. I ordered a cover for my fire pit. Was so so but wouldn't buy another cover for anything again. About a month after I picked up my package I received a bill for #23.45 for duty, shipping and handling from DCL! Apparently The shipping company used does not have an account with DCL so the costs fall to the customer. Have emailed, called and emailed again. No response. Do not risk it when ordering, you may receive a bill long after you picked up your package. They advertise selling "Hot Tub Covers". Anyone who has lived in the US for the past 50 years knows that a hot tub cover is a rigid piece of foam wrapped in vinyl that typically folds in half and insulates your hot tub. So I ordered one using their online ordering and it specifically shows a typical hot tub cover complete with insulation. What I received was a worthless sheet of vinyl that wasn't even the color I ordered. There is no insulation and no place to put insulation. They won't take it back. This is a spin on the bait and switch maneuver. They are located in India so I guess I got what I deserved. RIPPED OFF! My credit card company is now disputing this with them. Buyer Beware! I was told the cushion cover has a fabric feel. It does not. There is no different feel than the storage cover we purchased. It even makes the same scratchy sound when you run your hand over it. There is absolutely nothing fabric about it! Terrible experience overall. Bad customer service, no follow up, and now I am disputing the charges of 2 custom-made covers the were never sent to me. I ordered in April with expedited shipping, never received it, contacted the company 5 times with no follow up, finally talked to someone that didn't help, and just made a claim with my bank to reverse the charge. It's June 17th and I never received the item, and the tracking number became invalid after May 26th. I was supposed to get it delivered by 5/13/2020. The person says "oh, it's packed and ready to be shipped". So the next day when I don't get an update with tracking number, I called again. "No, it's still in production". Ten days later I'm told it's shipping by end of the day (it was 6:20 pm EST when this conversation was occurring). According to my order dashboard it actually was packed yesterday, so not quite sure why almost 24 hours later it hasn't shipped. By the way, before you order from here, understand that all customer service is based out of India, AND the covers are manufactured and shipped from India. I placed an order for 3 custom curved couch covers and the estimated delivery date was about 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This was stated up front before I confirmed my payment. I will admit after ordering I read all the negative reviews and was a little worried, but I also did not really need the covers right away so I sat and waited. About a week before the estimated delivery date I received an email stating the delivery date would be delayed by a mere 2 days. I received a FedEx tracking number and it arrived right on time on the updated delivery date. The quality of the covers is fantastic and the custom cut is perfect! These covers will definitely hold up in inclement weather! The covers did ship from India as other reviews complained about. I think the seller could communicate that better, but that said I do not understand the super negative reviews. The company is up front about the delivery timeframe and in my case it was accurate within 2 days. I usually do not leave bad reviews, but I am really irritated by Covers and All, and I would not recommend or buy again. I ordered a Cover tuff for a daybed, to protect it from weather and be able to take it on and off easily in the summer. Their website did not give information on the ease of removal, so I chatted with an employee who I asked twice if it was easy to take on and off and she said yes. I received it and it was so heavy that I cannot remove it regularly. Customer service says I should have known this from the website, which I read--so what is the point of speaking with employees to get clarity on a product if they are going to give wrong information? Secondly, I asked for additional leeway to make sure it fit, and my order was modified by the company (less leeway given) and the cover does not fit at all nor zip up. On top of that, when I express my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, the company takes no responsibility and does not grant it. I purchased a custom 34x84x34" patio table cover via their website about a month ago. My goal was to have a cover which completely shielded the table from UV exposure, since it is constructed of Cedar with a natural oil finish and I do not want it to darken or turn grey any time soon, considering I put close to 80 hours into this furniture-grade woodworking effort. When ordering, I selected the more expensive Cover Tuff material, in the Grey color option. The cover took about 5 weeks to receive, and I did have to send a message to their customer service at one point when the original ship date had passed. They were polite and quickly got the order shipped out thereafter. Since I had expected a 4 week lead time anyway, this was not really an issue for me. When the shipment was late and I saw all of the reviews on here, I thought that I was going to have to have my CC company do a charge-back, but thankfully I ended up as a happy customer. Having inspected the cover, the material and workmanship are good, particularly for the price. The Cover Tuff material is heavy and has a substantial rubberized feel to it, and it is definitely opaque enough for my requirements. If you have a simple square or rectangular table, this company's products might be okay. I had them make two covers for some oddly shaped exercise equipment. They came out okay, not great, but useable. I tried a third time with another piece of equipment. Their design was horrible. The cover is not useable. It is just a giant bag that is almost impossible to put on and remove. I would not recommend this company for anything other than the most simple of designs. They do not stand behind their products if you are unhappy. So, be ready to eat the cost of your purchase if they don't feel like your complaint is worthy of their attention. Want cheap plastic "paper looking" custom covers for your patio furniture? Look no further that Covers&all I ordered 7 covers from Covers&all which was a big mistake. When they arrived, 2 were incorrectly cut (based on the furniture manufacturer's specifications) and all came bunched in a compressed box which produced severe wrinkles that won't smooth out under any circumstances. The covers are extremely cheap looking and cheaply manufactured as they tear easily. In addition, the customer service department is a total waste of time as they are in India and will not follow-up on anything they promise. I've called and sent emails several times, sent dozens of pictures that they've ask for but they will never contact you back with any resolution outside of a false promise that someone will contact you. Interesting to see all the negative reviews. I ordered a custom sized tarp for a pergola roof. Ordering was simple. I chose the all weather Tarp Tough in grey. Easy to customize. You can choose any size and add more grommets if needed. When I placed the order I found out it would be up to 6 weeks before I received it. After getting the tracking number a few days later, I realized it was coming from India and that was why it would be taking so long. Much to my surprise, I received the tarp within 2 weeks. I finally received my cover, so I came in to change my review, as I think that is only fair. Originally (as you can see below) the delivery estimates were ridiculously understated. Over the weekend, the cover arrived, 4 months and 1 day after I ordered and was originally promised 2-4 weeks delivery. I have to say the quality seems very good, especially for the price. The fit on my TV is excellent, and the design we had them put on there came out exactly as we wanted. I hope it holds up in weather, but for now we are very happy with the end result.
