I recently ordered 4 bicycle covers and I am extremely disappointed! After entering the very detailed measurements required, I expected to receive very custom tailored bike covers. Instead, I received oversized, shapeless blobs. It took a month to arrive since they are made and shipped directly from India. I chose the Cover Max material, since it seemed from the description as the best option for the weather conditions here. The fabric turned out to be an extremely heavy vinyl coated material that is very difficult to place on the bike. The fact that they are way oversized, and that there is no differentiating the front from the back also makes it difficult. The heavy material caused my bikes to fall over with the slightest breeze. When I contacted customer support to ask to return, they were very difficult to work with. They kept asking for additional photos and videos of the problems. When I finally satisfied their request by providing a photo of the bike with all the dimensions detailed, and photos of how the cover fit. They determined that it was not their fault. A couple of the dimensions detailed in my photo were slightly different than the dimensions I provided when I order them. This is bull, the differences aren't nearly extensive enough to cause such a discrepancy in the product I received. All they offered was a 30% discount on a re-order. I am not ordering anything more from these clowns. Instead, I ordered a cover from Amazon at a fraction of the cost, it arrived in one day, there were no measurements required, and it fits perfectly! read more

The customer service is terrible. On hold for 30 minutes and online chat is not the fastest way to contact them! After holding for 30 minutes they say the system is down and they cannot give me tracking information. They did not email me a receipt or order number. We live in South Florida, we know about humidity. Thanks also for the detailed explanation of the materials which mean nothing to me. The only thing I know as a consumer is that I purchased covers to protect my chairs from the elements (rain and sun). And now, I have to protect my chairs from the covers themselves. NOWHERE in your advertisement for the covers when you purchase them does it say that this will happen. My goal for covers is to keep my chairs clean and protected and simply remove them when we want to get together and eat outside. My goal is NOT to add more work and have to now clean the covers. If I was going to do that, I could just clean the chairs and not spend the money in the covers At best this is misleading and deceptive advertisement leaving out these important details that actually create more work for the consumer. My covers look new in the outside as I told you and showed you in pictures and have "no leakage" as this is the NEW excuse. The first person told me they needed adequate "air flow" which they have. The next one asked me if the covers touch the ground (which could have been seen in the pictures they don't) as I purposefully ordered them and placed them to not do that and said I should have purchased "air bags". Nowhere does it say in the product explanation that they will develop severe mold and mildew that may transfer to your chairs unless you buy airbags. You know why it doesn't provide all those explanations? Because clearly if you do, then people would think that instead of protecting the chairs, you are increasing the hassle factor and work without even preventing the transference of mold and mildew to your chairs which you will then have to clean the chairs AND the covers. My emails have been respectful and provided visual evidence of what I mention which is "common sense" that is what purchasers want to protect from. I have offered to return the covers to show you that they are in excellent condition on the outside BUT with the severe mold and mildew that in fact has transferred to my chairs. Nowhere have I asked to return my money. I have simply asked to exchange them for whichever covers will protect my chairs from the elements WITHOUT having to protect my chairs from the covers and create more work. I even provided pictures of the other cover that I purchased for my table (which is not as "pretty") AND retains more water on it when it rains because it is a flat surface BUT has NOT developed ANY mold or mildew in the inside. I think what I am asking for is reasonable and common sense given the pictures and the facts. Instead what YOU offer is a 15% discount (which I get in your emails all the time) and the boast of believing in Customer Satisfaction which is obviously easily typed but obviously not adhered to under the circumstances and CLEAR evidence. A zero is too high a rating. I have tried to order 2 x and the amount I am shown when placing the order looks fine. When I place the order the special wallet points (discount ) that I am supposed to get do not show up. I am very unhappy because no one seems to know how to fix the problem. I ordered a cover for our outdoor TV thru Covers & All after a referral from a neighbor who had several covers made from them. I had initially purchased a cover thru Amazon and it was pretty good, but way too big. Most generic TV covers are made for a size range (70"-75" in my case). The order process through Covers & All is really good. It takes a little longer, but they are trying to get the order correct. They also allow for a logo or picture to be uploaded and emblazoned onto the cover for a reasonable fee. The designer sent emails confirming the proper measurements & the logo positioning before proceeding. The cover was sized perfectly with quality materials. The cover has a water proof zipper along the sides and Velcro along the bottom and the back. I am very picky in general, but was thrilled with the TV cover. It exceeded my expectations. I ordered 4 seat and 4 backrest covers for 4 patio chairs I have, using the old foam that was under the original covers. I placed my order BEFORE I saw any of the hundreds of bad reviews. Once I found the reviews I started sweating bullets, lol!!! I tried to cancel the order, but you can't get in-touch with them easily. I gave up and hoped for the best. Well, the covers came 4 or 5 days early, and every one of the 8 covers is 100% perfect. The dimensions were very simple, maybe that's why they came out well, but no joke they are PERFECT. The stitching, the zippers, everything is perfect. They look great! Now, you get what you pay for, so these are definitely not as good as the original covers for these chairs, and they are slightly wrinkly, but I'll be damned if they don't look amazing for only $120 shipped. I measured my outdoor patio chairs and received covers that cannot be put on chairs - way too small. I had to split the covers down the middle and add outdoor Sunbrella fabric a band of 8 inches with velcro (adhesive backed) in order to slide the covers over the chair. Otherwise these covers would be useless. When I contacted the company representatives they stated that the covers were made correctly with an inch of added fabric to allow for clearance. The heavy rubberized fabric in combination with a stiff PVC chair makes an inch of allowance a joke. After many back and forth emails the company stated they would give me a credit $62 (total cost of covers $185) but insisted the covers were made to size. (Keep in mind website states to give them just dimensions of chair and shape and they add clearance - no need to add). I insisted on a refund of $61 to cover the expense of buying fabric and velcro to fix the covers and I finally got a refund on my credit card of $62. Do not order from this company as any complaints of size, damage etc are are ignored. In further checking out this company there are hundreds of complaints with the Better Business Bureau (rating of 1 which is the lowest) which is why I do not believe the published reviews from the company. I ordered covers from a local company (BUDGE) much cheaper where you could purchase a size to fit (xsmall, small, medium, large) and spoke to a representative who was very helpful and returns are not a problem if there is fit problem or damage. Very expensive covers that were supposed to be "custom made". Did not fit my furniture at all. When I complained and requested replacements I was told "too bad". They implied it was my fault for not measuring correctly. Their web site says the custom covers would be made with 2" extra added to dimensions to allow the cover to be pulled on easily. No way did this happen. After trying to pull a "custom cover" down over a standard 2' x 2' Ottoman for 30 minutes I finally gave up. I provided the company with pictures, as they requested, showing the covers did not even come close to fitting, they still said I was S.O.L. What a waste of $225.00. Their product did not live up to their advertising. I took my much less expensive screen mesh door panels off to replace with these superior screen mesh door panels. They looked good but their magnets are weak. Just a light breeze opens my panels. And then when I complain to them, they said sorry we gave you what you ordered. Ordered a cover for a grill and a smoker. Smoker cover is great but the grill cover is too small to fit. I reached out and they requested photos. I sent the photos holding a tape measure showing that 3 of the 7 dimensions were made 1" undersized. Their official response is... this is the MOST dishonest company I have ever dealt with. they mislead you about their discounts (they tell you 30% off while you are shopping and then cap the discount at $60 at checkout on a $1,000 order). Then they tell you that production takes 24-48 hours but my order has been in production for over a week. they promised a delivery date that will now be missed by at least a week. I called customer service (in India) everyday and was told each time that the order was shipping out that day. nothing shipped. my emails have not been answered. my next move is to fight it out through PayPal. Gary Gonzal and Navil Macwan are the "escalation managers and feedback managers" that I dealt with for 3 weeks, back and forth on email. They were not responsive so I had to constantly follow up and I called 3 times which routed me to India so they would respond to my case email. I purchased some "curtains" which had grommets pictured on the website product site. When my $200 "curtains" arrived, they did not have grommets. What kind of curtains don't have grommets? ESP AFTER IT'S ADVERTISED AND PICTURED AS SUCH ON THEIR WEBSITE? Even worse, the "curtains" were covered in a white powder which gave me a horrible horrible allergy reaction. When I provided my feedback to Gary and Navil, they wanted me to provide a allergy report from the doctors. I even offered to ship back the "curtains" on my own expense. They insisted their quality control was impeccable and they have done NO WRONG.
