Every treatment we experienced was excellent. The massage was fantastic, and I even had my first facial. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it ended up being far more relaxing than I imagined, and I left feeling refreshed. We also spent time in the salt cave, which was a unique and beautiful experience. It's clear they put a great deal of thought into the design and the small details throughout the spa. Between treatments, we enjoyed several of the amenities, including the steam room and the gorgeous relaxation lounge. It's an inviting space where you can unwind, read a book, have a conversation, or enjoy complimentary tea and light snacks. There's also a café on-site, and one of the best parts is that you don't even have to change out of your robe to enjoy it. The food was surprisingly good as well. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely understood what great customer service looks like. We also stayed overnight in one of the on-site rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and a perfect complement to the spa experience.
