It felt a little unusual at first, but the staff was super friendly and walked us through the process. They did a great job with the interior--everything looked fresh and tidy when they were done. The prices weren't bad either, especially considering the convenience and quality of service. But if you're gonna have the service let's keep them serviced properly. The smell from stagnate water in the drains was disgusting. If my dually wasn't headed to a car show I would have left just because of this. The spray soap worked great cleaned great rinsed great but the foam soap brush had no soap. Thankfully I had brought some of my own with me just in case. Again I am thankful to have found a self serve because they are few and far between but please clean the drains. The rest of the property seemed decent.

I definitely judge a car wash place based on what they offer in the free vacuum section. They had the towels, chemical spray to wipe down your windows and interior, good vacuums and the thing where you spray strong air out of it to get all the nooks and cracks. The staff seem to be very on top of restocking and keeping the areas clean. I paid $12 for the car wash which is a little more than other places that I've paid for but I did feel it was worth it!
