Went to wash my truck today and was bombarded with weed smoke and loud music. Last I checked weed is illegal in SC and there are rules against blasting loud music while cleaning your vehicle. There are literal signs at every stall that state "no loud music"! None of the workers enforced the rules or called out the weed smoking....one of the younger employees was having a whole conversation with the person who was blasting the music and smoking the weed. I really didn't appreciate smelling weed first thing in the morning. If the environment is going to be this uninviting I will cancel my membership and go elsewhere. We did the wizard wash for $30. The kids really enjoyed the light show, and the car got very clean. The vacuum and clean wiping clothes outside were convenient and effective as well. read more

Wash Wizard Summerville cracked my windshield in the tunnel. Showed it to manager immediately upon exiting the wash tunnel. He took pictures and said i would get a call. Two days without a call I called the wash manager. He said he would investigate that afternoon snd and talk to management. He called arou nd 7 and said nothing was found. No pictures of equipment or detail on what was checked. I asked if he checked entrance camera and would not respond. Asked for thef home office or management contact number and said he could not give that out. So ownership hides yheir identity and office information. This is extremely deceptive business practices. read more

I have been consistently coming to this location (Ladson Rd) since April 2025 and today Sep 1st was the 1st time that an employee offered me assistance. What a neat place. Sign out front today said "Free wash this weekend". I thought to myself there has to be a catch. NONE!! It's opening weekend and they are offering free washes and vacuums for the weekend as advertising. We were greeted upon entering, provided a pricing structure for the next visit and my daughter received a story book about The Wizard that followed the theme of the wash tunnel The wash process was quite effortless, pull up under the direction of the attendants, put car in neutral, wipers off, hands off the steering wheel, windows up and enjoy the wash After you exit you have the option to use the vacuum that so has available trash cans to clean out your vehicles As you can see from the picture the wash did an amazing job, even the tires have a glossy shine that hasn't been achieved at any other wash facility in town Two thumbs up!!! read more

I really love this car wash. There's never a line to get in and it's fun if you have kids for the lights inside. There's different washes and packages to pick from. There's vacuums that actually have good suction, clean towels, garbage cans, air dryers and window wash. I come here once a week and get the basic $10 wash. When they first opened, the soap when you went through the wash was a ton, now not so much. Also, the drying cloths are almost non existent. It took me six boxes to get one! That's all I had to dry my car. Must be cutbacks or personnel issues! I received answers to my concerns and am pleased with their findings. A class operation! read more

I can definitely recommend the Wizard Car Wash. I began visiting the first month of opening and make my way back here when I am able. The wash definitely gives a colorful laser show and even my teenager wants to go back for it. Absolutely excellent facility--extremely clean, effective machine wash with several options, great vacuum bays with clean towels and both pressurized cleaner and air hoses in each bay. Friendly folks--extremely helpful. After a 1200 mile drive in two days, my car needed a second pass, which they cheerfully provided at no charge. The attendant even helped me with cleaning the stubborn spots on the hood! This place is as good as I've ever seen. As my Oklahoma brother-in-law says, "It don't get no better than that." Paid for $28 car wash. It cleans my vehicle like $8 dollar car wash and left a lot of areas not cleaned. The vacuums were not very strong. May have had a clog. Is very overpriced for the quality that is provided. They don't spray or brush vehicle prior to running through machine like other car wash locations either. My vehicle is Toyota Camry. read more

I have to say that honestly this is the best car wash in town! From start to finish it was quick and easy. The drive thru had fun lights and we especially loved the fresh aromas from the soaps! We have a dog that often travels with us so it's a major perk at the Wizard Wash to use the air hose that couples with the vacuum. This car wash has it all and more! I honestly felt like I was on an amusement ride during the wash...there was so much to see. The bug slayer really does slay those critters just as advertised. My car looked brand new once we rolled out of the tunnel. But...there was more! Vacuums, towels, glass cleaner, an air tool and a mat cleaner awaited us and this is included in all washes!
