Fast forward to summer 2018, and after an accident suffered to my lower back I sought treatment with an orthopedic physician in the area who not only refused to properly diagnose and treat me, but just insisted on writing prescriptions for heavy duty pain medications, which do not solve the problem, they only mask the pain temporarily. As the pain became more excruciating and unbearable, I was experiencing not only constant, debilitating pain in my back, but it was radiating through my right leg causing a numb and tingling sensation as well as muscle weakness. I desparately called the office in tears one day, only to hear the kind voice of this wonderful man who told me to come right in to see if he could help me right away. I went right back to Dr. Damien with hopes of some relief from this unimaginable agony I was experiencing. Initially, I was expecting a diagnoses that the damage was too extensive and simply irreversible. I expected to be referred out for an MRI and envisioned potential surgery in my future but Dr. Damien began aggressive decompression therapy along with other treatments that my back is responding to surprisingly well. From Botox to dental I trust him/them to make the best decision for me , he is patient in explaining questions or concerns and goes over options , he isn't all about a dollar ,at one point I wanted to just extract some teeth and have implants done by him (because he does an excellent job )and while it is the most costly option and he could have easily agreed he explained that it just wasn't necessary and there are more options and I just just felt that spoke volume compared to other dentist I've been to , I feel that he genuinely cares and is looking out for his patients in all dynamics, same with botox I have a couple of friends that tbh their Dr should be ashamed and should have drawn a line on when to stop , and that sounds terrible but it's true , and I'm so happy that I have a great botox Dr that I can trust and is pretty damn honest and does a wonderful job ! With the closure of the local Walgreens a few years ago, Osceola really needs this business. The only other real alternative druggist within town is Walmart's Pharmacy. Alternatively, about eleven miles away is the Wilson Pharmacy in Wilson, AR (which offers phenomenal service).

She has always been super patient and will go the extra mile to make sure you are treated correctly. Her office staff is so nice and always pleasant. We have followed her to three offices and even paid out of network when insurance changed. We will be patients of Rosemary's until she decides to be done with paperwork and retire. The only thing I think I love most about her is that she remembers everyone of us. I know she has to see a ton of different people and it doesn't matter if I haven't been in a year. She walks in that room and makes me feel like we are friends or even family. Oh and I've been there when she was busy, busy but she hasn't left me in a room for an hour like other doctors. Though somehow she never makes me feel like I need to hurry up so she can move on. I could go on and on but I'll just say that she's the best.
