My mother was having some pain issues with a tooth and needed an extraction, she was scared because for the last time she had went to the dentist, the dentist let her leave in more pain. From Botox to dental I trust him/them to make the best decision for me , he is patient in explaining questions or concerns and goes over options , he isn't all about a dollar ,at one point I wanted to just extract some teeth and have implants done by him (because he does an excellent job )and while it is the most costly option and he could have easily agreed he explained that it just wasn't necessary and there are more options and I just just felt that spoke volume compared to other dentist I've been to , I feel that he genuinely cares and is looking out for his patients in all dynamics, same with botox I have a couple of friends that tbh their Dr should be ashamed and should have drawn a line on when to stop , and that sounds terrible but it's true , and I'm so happy that I have a great botox Dr that I can trust and is pretty damn honest and does a wonderful job ! Also Jessica is a desk dime , she's always so helpful , uplifting , and super sweet , I'd give 20 stars for this place and employees

He went back to Caldwell who said it would cost $2000.00 to fix it. To add insult to injury he tried to imply it was husbands fault by stating, "we get a lot of repeat business from patients eating popcorn." Needless to say if a Dentist doesn't stand behind his work and wants additional money to fix what was inferior work- my husband went to a different dentist. Paid $400.00, 5 times less than what was quoted by Dr. Caldwell! Looks like he is going to go back to the new Dentist again because this morning the 3rd tooth on the right side of the crown broke eating a piece of toast!! I do not recommend this Dentist because he does not stand behind his work and charges excessive fees compared to other dentists in the surrounding area.
