I had an 8:45 am appointment this morning for bloodwork I arrived at 8:35 and waited until 9:25am and when I asked what the problem was I was told they have a lot of people and they are trying to figure out how to set the order up. I informed the lady that I was given this appointment over 2 months ago and maybe they should go in the order that the appointments were given, of course no response. I also recommended that maybe they could have called the patients and informed them that there would be extra long wait times today and give us the opportunity to change the date, rather then have some people like me drive 20 miles one way to the office.
