If I could give this place zero stars, I would…read more I'm writing this to warn people with disabilities not to go here. I was there today for an MRI on my knee. Before the scan, I explained that I have multiple herniated discs in my neck and lower back, so getting on and off the flat MRI table is very painful for me. During the entire MRI, I was already in severe pain but tried my best to get through it. After the scan was finished, they removed the equipment from my leg, and I tried to get up by myself but physically couldn't. So I asked for help. I was honestly shocked when the technician told me they could not help me get up. I have had MRIs done at many other places before, and the technicians always helped me sit up or get off the table, especially after knowing I have a disability. This place has no respect or compassion for people with disabilities. Very disappointing experience.

After a failed attempt at scheduling an appointment, she said it was not the correct line and not what she does. Not sure why she didn't mention that at the beginning of the call. They also haven't updated some of the signage after Penn's acquisition. The xray center is on the second floor they have a desk for someone to collect your paperwork before they take it to the office staff. You then sit and wait for them to call you to fill out the paperwork at the cubicle rather than waiting at the desk. It was very quick and fast and I got my xray done and the results back within 24 hours. The only thing is the parking lot / landscaping needs a lot of TLC - lots of crumbling pavements etc. Overall I much prefer here compared to the hospital.

First time at this Princeton Radiology after a poor experience at another location. This location…read moreis the complete opposite of my prior experience. I want to sincerely thank the staff at this office for a much better experience. The staff was pleasant and moved people through quickly. We were here for a significant period for both tests and every patient interaction was professional. I witnessed the staff comforting a woman who had a very high copay and was clearly upset. Empathy matters. There was even a sign if you are waiting for a disk more than 5 minutes, to come tell us. We were here for multiple tests and a script was missing. They did the first test and gave us the direct fax to call our doctor to fax over the order. In the future we will do all radiology appointments at this location and hope that Jessica, Summer and Kate are here to help us.
