I showed up for my appointment, but my primary had written the script without the correct code, and initially I was going to have to reschedule. Lisa Gonzalez, who I thought must be the office manager, was determined to reach the primary's office (on a Wednesday when they were closed) and made sure she reached someone who could get her the correct code. She told me that sometimes women don't come back for years when there is an issue like this and she didn't want me to risk it. She kept me there until she heard back and then fit me right in to the schedule. Turns out, she was the one who performed the mammogram! Super gentle and patient----took the time to get the scans right the first time and positioned me so carefully. You ALL know this isn't fun----but she limited my pain with her obvious expertise and care. Fortunately, it was just a lipoma and nothing to worry about. I arrived at the time of my appointment. I planned to arrive 15 mins early, but due to several areas of roadwork on the way there I made it right on time. When I walked in the receptionist told me that I'm expected to be there 30 mins early and she's not sure they can even take me anymore. Another woman walked in after me for an appt at the same time, and the receptionist sighed loudly and put her head down in disgust. She called someone on the phone and complained about how we just showed up and asked if they could still take us. They said yes. It then took the same receptionist approximately 5 mins to check me in and send me back for imaging. While I understand it takes time to check people in and it helps if patients are early I can't comprehend telling someone who shows up on time that they might not get seen. I would expect being told there may be a wait. The front desk staff are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. If they have issues that require patients to be that early they should book appointments according to that time. I'm honestly not sure I will come back here next year. It's unfortunate because the techs are amazing, kind and friendly.

In the most recent case, I had to have emergency surgery the week before and needed a surgical follow-up at the same time as my scheduled cardio appointment. I was told that the next available time was in +3 months. This after waiting more than 3 months for the visit I needed to reschedule. Clearly they are not too concerned about patient well being if the practice is willing to defer patient care that extent. I previously had excellent cardiologists in Morristown and Doylestown, and was always able to be seen as needed in under 3 weeks. Dr Parikh is good enough when you can see him, but this level of service, for such a vital health function, is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere to ensure timely service.

I had a incredibly frustrating experience at this location on Saturday, July 11. My family of three…read morearrived as walk-ins for our annual physical lab work and checked in on the kiosk. Shortly after, a male technician came out and told us that because it was a Saturday and they only had two technicians working, they could only accept one of us and the other two would have to leave. While we were talking, multiple other walk-in customers arrived and checked in. I asked the technician why those walk-ins were being allowed to stay while my family members were being turned away, but he refused to answer and just repeated that they would only take one of us. To make matters worse, my entire appointment (including a urine test) took less than 5 minutes. When I came out, the technician was just standing around chatting with a coworker, even though the lobby display showed a growing list of waiting patients. On top of the terrible service, I was unexpectedly charged $50 for a preventative service that has always been fully covered in previous years. My other two family members had to go to a completely different facility. Unfair policies, poor communication, and zero professionalism. I do not recommend this location.
