We took it to a local mechanic that found only wear on the tires from needing the alignment. Big O also gave us a parts list... $500 for shocks and struts $400 for tires $500 for labor Now, her car has enough miles on it the shocks and struts should be replaced anyway. I ordered them off Amazon for $200 for a complete kit. The tires I've ordered from Discount Tire and we $48 each plus I added their warranty so they came to $300. That $85 alignment nearly cost $1400. They take advantage of ppl here and I'm thinking especially the elderly that depend on others for things such as this. This place is busy, so be patient. As I waited, I noticed the staff was courteous to other customers they were helping. Once my turn, Heath helped me with my concerns and showed me recommendations on a different tire, which I wanted a specific size, an odd size, which makes it hard to find the tires I'm wanting, like HWY/All-Season. Heath was impeccable, very patient with me during this process with the warranty exchange.

Recently moved to OK, my AC wasn't working great as it was in cooller climate. Did a lot of…read moresearching to find someone that wouldn't just do the regular thing. It did take me 3 trips. Part of it was waiting for a HOT day, one day drove there and it was a record cool day LOL! But, they just would not throw parts and labor that wasn't needed. Exactly what I was looking for. First they found my Alternator was mis-behaving that explained why both my break lights had burned out at the same time. They did the AC refresh with lubricants, but on over 100 degree days it still wasn't working. Went there on a HOT day and they nailed it! Get this, the idle system needed adjusting. This fixed other problems. Including my gas oxygen indicator that other places told me for the last 6 years not to worry about - it was fixed, my AC worked on this record heat-spell, my gas milage improved, my acceleration from 0 to 40 improved... That hot day "fix" didn't cost me anything more. I drove 22 miles from my house to use them. Worth IT! Happy with price, service and enjoyed the place. B.T.W. their shop is really clean.

Only issue was the communication could've been a little better about what service he was providing & what to do after his service. This lack of communication or miscommunication costed me a bit in the long run. But I doubt that's a normal occurrence, considering I was one of his first customers. And for the price it really wasn't a terrible deal. I would maybe go back but would be cautious/observant and would either double check the work or maybe take to get a quick check up at another shop after (some checkups are free with oil change or rotation). I'd let a few things slide more than I would at other shops bc the price was half of others & because (I was told) this was one of his first jobs and I believe he now has his own shop which would've helped avoid most or all of the issues I ran into.
