We have done our annual family reunion for 60+ family from multiple states for several years now. We rent the pavilion for suppers together and meet at the waterpark or any of the many pools for family time together. This year our extended family of 15 stayed in house #41 for the first time. It is fairly new, really beautiful, and with the very best kitchen we have found anywhere in our travels. Huge and super-well equipped. Mattresses were all great and everyone slept well all four nights. Only negative about this beautiful home is that there are no bedrooms on the main level so everyone has to either go upstairs or downstairs for sleeping. Also the driveway is a bit challenging but we navigated it well with our Armada and were able to park two cars in the garage. Garage needs a step to help guests climb up into the house but we all managed. Front door is very easy access if guests want to avoid the very tall step from the garage. Also pet friendly which is very rate at CBR. We would definitely rent this one again!

Props to the cleaning crew who makes a terrific job! For being a motel, and the price, it is actually pretty good motel. Now, the breakfast bar, or lack thereof. There is only cereal, muffins, and bagels. I've stayed at other days inn where they offer bacon and eggs, and waffles. Disappointed for that but the rest is alright, for your money's worth.

(There really are NOT a ton of reviews on local motels in Cherokee County, so it can be a little intimidating, if you are from out of town, and find yourself in this type of situation!) All I can tell you is THIS: We have stayed in a TON of 5-Star Hotels, and of course did not expect anything near that Quality in a small town... But, we were SO SURPRISED. I can tell you that I have NEVER seen such a spotless room, nor such attention to detail, nor such a wonderful Check-in as we received by Ms Terri... This place is TRULY a hidden Gem. We have since been back a 2nd time (when our Camper had a plumbing leak, and we needed a place to stay quickly...) She and her son, Darcy, both live on premises and are there for ANYTHING that you need.. I genuinely wish that more Hotels and Motels were more attentive to detail like this, and gave this kind of genuine, locally-owned, and TRUE hospitality. Do NOT hesitate to stay here. His groomer does a fantastic job with grooming him and SPOILS him rotten. My sweet baby gets anxious when going to get groomed and she recommended a medicine that helps to keep him calm where he can be groomed safely. Overall, I am pleased with the care that he has received since his first groom in June and we will continue to come and get groomed here.

The screaming continued the rest of the time we were there. My Dad ordered the broasted chicken, and it was literally rotten. The worst thing I've ever smelled. My Mom's hamburger steak was red inside. And I got so upset by the lunatic screaming that we had to leave immediately. To top it off we still had to pay for the inedible meal.
