The housekeepers and breakfast staff go above and beyond to insure comfort and a full stomach. The break bar is incredible and your waffle maker is the envy of all. The flat screen offers Google TV functionality, allowing you to search via Google or access Netflix, YouTube, and Sling TV with your credentials. The mattress isn't as comfortable, and the towels aren't as soft as other Red Roof Inns. The lake provides a pleasant scene where a family of ducks can be seen wandering freely. The only thing I will say is the room smelled a little musty, I sprayed my Lysol to freshen it up. Maybe the carpets need cleaning/freshening? Also, one other small item, when I went to take a shower, the diverter on the tub spout was really difficult to pull up. Didn't hang around for the breakfast as I needed to get on the road. We checked in and apparently the hotel was sold out. The night shift manager said he was unsure how that happend, but he called a couple guests who had booked rooms to confirm their stay, and someone cancelled. The rooms were large, and clean with a mini fridge and microwave. They offered a complimentary hot breakfast and the woman who was in charge, was very friendly and accomodating. They have an outdoor pool and spa as well which is nice.

They have a free breakfast, which consists of eggs, some kind of protein (usually sausage or bacon), biscuits, cereal, make your own waffles, some fruits, coffee and juices. The hotel rooms are pretty good sized. I usually stay in a room with a king sized bed, and it is plenty big enough for a couple of people to stretch out and relax. The rooms are well insulated from noise outside, but not in between rooms. I can frequently hear people talking and making noise in the other rooms. Although, if it's too much, the front desk staff is happy to get them to shut up for you. Definitely a place I enjoy staying on my trips to Gadsden... it's clean and comfortable. They also give a military discount and we would stay here again!
