When I first took it to Ed he looked at it and gave me a price and the repair needed to be done in one day so the car wouldn't have to stay overnight just in case it rained. Ed had no problem working and adjusting to my schedule rather like other shop I found that wanted me to bring the car and leave it for two days. I don't let ANYBODY drive that car and am glad I found Ed Ed did a great job but I need to go back next week for him to replicate the carpet in the front that needs replacing. However, surprise,surprise after fill installation we were told that's not even an option for unspecified reason. And of course my contract did not specify the length so we were stuck. Then the installation crew damaged the framing to my porch. Instead of fixing it properly they just offered us money to do it ourselves which was not suitable and did a bad patch job when they finally returned. Now to the present, 3 of my shades are broken and I have been calling the office for over 1.5 month and the "service" person has never responded or called. I made a purchase through Walmart…read more The assembly service showed up on the day the item was supposed to be delivered. The item had not been delivered & was delayed in shipping. He left us his card to have us call when the item had arrived for assembly. He was called & came promptly. He was very flexible, assembled the bike, but the assembly was not without its issues. Things needed to be significantly adjusted after assembly. He had also entered our home without our permission scaring our cats & yelled up the stairs to let us know he finished despite him having my personal phone number. He then stated that since he had to come here twice for assembly, we were responsible to pay him for the assembly service. I told him that I had already payed for this service through Walmart, & he insisted anyways that I owed him payment. I was afraid he might come back & take action against us if I did not pay him in that moment. I had already paid $79 for this service, & he charged me $120 via his phone which Walmart now refuses to refund me for. This third party assembly service is out here double charging & scamming customers, making my family feel uneasy in their own home. I do not recommend this company to anyone, & will not be making purchases through Walmart again with their lack of resolution in a situation like this.
