Cowboy Excavation was hired to do the ground prep, pad work, septic, concrete pad prep, & grade work for our new off frame modular home. All of their work was great! Everything passed inspections with flying colors. They were so friendly & were happy to answer any & all questions that we had. If they were unsure of what we were wanting/needing, they never hesitated to ask questions. When they learned that we were not going to make our move-in deadline, they even took extra time on their day off to come back to spread the seed & hay so that we could get into our home on time!
