They did everything asked of them and more. Their work force is fantastic and all of them were so pleasant to have in the house. They cleaned up every day and made sure that we were satisfied. The master bath needed to have the door to the WC changed which entailed moving two walls and replacing the door. The big awkward and precarious soaking tub was removed and a new sleek tub installed. Our shower was dark with glass bricks and is now beautiful with large tile and lots of glass. My granddaughter came to visit and asked to shower in our new bathroom. I asked her how she liked it; and she proclaimed it beautiful and luxurious! Exactly what I was going for! I highly recommend DFI.

We put out a request for quotes on a fence replacement. We received several quotes over the coarse of a few weeks. The cheapest quote was $4,600. The quote we decided to go with was $5,400. The quote Cesar provided was $12,600. That's nearly three times as much as the cheapest, and more than double the median. That's for the same work, the same labor, the same materials, and the same structural design. The only real difference was that I solicited the quotes for the other contractors, and MY WIFE requested the estimate from Cesar. Why the vast disparity in the quotes? We will leave that for you to decide.

Finally, Danny and Rhino Design are great at understanding the permitting system, city codes, and even the historical district renovation rules. PS - I think he is especially good with bringing to life older homes, full renovations, etc. My house is from 1927 and its looks amazing!

Whether it's changing a difficult-to-replace lightbulb (hidden behind a massive light fixture way up high), investigating a possible leak at the water supply for the washer, or figuring out the source of a weird fan noise coming from the ventilation system ... I feel that Armando has me covered. For my first visit, he went to the property within 24 hours of receiving my phone call. Armando checked out all the various issues and thoroughly addressed each one. In addition, Armando called me before going over, and called me after the visit to follow up, just like he said he would. I'm so glad I found Armando. He even pointed out to me that there was some dry wall repair that had not been done properly behind the washer and dryer. I hadn't even noticed that before. I mentioned that I was wanting to repaint the walls inside the laundry room anyway, and Armando said he would be happy to take care of that. Whew! I've been wanting to paint the laundry room for quite some time, but I've had the hardest time tracking down someone reliable to take care of this. The person who recommended Armando to me was the condo association manager. The manager said that he has relied on Armando for several years for fixing items at various condo properties he manages. If you need a handyman, be sure to give Sandoval Contracting a call, and ask for Armando!

Below is one of the holes (the largest one) before and after. (That is not Chris going through my entryway floor. We had to have another contractor for that. As I said, this was a disaster - all the way down to the foundation of our house! :( I've had several not-so-good contractors over the years and it's really led to me not trusting anyone, but when you're in a desperate situation with extensive damage everywhere, you don't have a choice.
