Hector Castillo came to our home, and, along with my wife, Karen B., I signed a contract for San Antonio Kitchen and Bath to do our shower. Later, he said our contract was with Texas Green Remodelers and he was the owner. That was the first deception. The second deception was that he would remodel our shower. That has not happened. He demolished it, his workers left glass all over the lawn I had to clean up, left the shower door in the garage we had to throw away, took off the paint and sheet rock from the adjoining wall and never repaired it so we had to pay someone else to fix it. I saw the text messages to my wife that he was backed up and couldn't get to us for three (3) months, her text message response stating our plans, the faithful communication with him through text messaging, phone calls, and emails. He now claims that my wife didn't answer the phone, and then text messages when she revealed she had been in communication through telephone, text messaging and email. He had sent a lot of emails to me, and now he will not either finish what he started or give us our money back for work he has left undone. We have been in constant contact with him, even about his plumber screwing on a pipe that was PVC at the shower head that City of Schertz would not approve. He told my wife that he didn't need a permit, but City of Schertz said he was wrong, didn't approve the PVC and approved a correction by our plumber. His plumber left a big hole, too big for the drain, and Hector just left us hanging, stood my wife up when he was supposed to meet the next day to get started. The third deception was that he would pay for tile we paid for because he said his supplier went bankrupt. He never made arrangements to deliver the tile. He said he ordered it, but if he had ordered it, why didn't he deliver it? Instead, now he blames my wife for his supplier going bankrupt, when he said it was not her fault or his that his supplier went bankrupt. Instead of giving us money due to us or finishing the job, he now claims all our money is exhausted. I saw an email from him to my wife where he itemized each line item for our insurance company. He owes us money. He wrote on Google my wife is delusional. He is a liar. His negative jabs are just a way to divert attention from an honest review. And, even though you tried to black mail my wife to remove the review or you will not come and finish the job, I am here to say that kind of behavior doesn't work with us. It just makes me want to post the truth. We are telling the truth, and from Ramon J's review here on yelp, where he had a similar experience that resonates, it seems my impression of you is and was correct. Unprofessional, rude, gives false information. Not only did they tell me they would give me a quote at there time. They still blame me for there False info. They told me they would have a quote on a certain day and time so when I asked about 4 hours after the time was promised they said I bullied them for a quote! A grown man talking to a women saying I bullied him for asking for a quote, when I asked for what was promised 4 hours after the promised time. Although that would have been fine if it wasn't ready I would have waited They are rude to women disrespectful, put down other companies ( very unprofessional), hung up on me and cut me off while I was explaining what THEY said to me through text if anyone wants to see the texts with there false information to prove they are rude disrespectful and unprofessional message me I will provide it all.
