Cowboy Shuttle is contracted with Cheyenne Regional Med Center to accept ride vouchers for patients who have been discharged and need a ride home. After 3 days in the hospital for emergency surgery, I was exhausted but excited about heading home...the Cowboy Shuttle van pulled up and things didn't look good...the interior was dirty, floor mats needed vacuuming, and there was about 10 dollars of loose change on the passenger seat so I couldn't sit down. They (driver brought along a companion) cleared off the coins and then drove me to the pharmacy...not a pleasant experience. read more

Driver was on time friendly and helpful. The ride was easy and I felt safe. Sam is a good conversationalist and very familiar with the drive. He picked me up at the Cheyenne airport and drove me to Laramie Wy Directly to my drop off point. read more

I can't even describe how RUDE the lady is who answers the phone. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Even ignored calls from us and answered the phone with "what". We had a simple question on how to get a lost phone back and she wouldn't help us at all, even after she told us that they had it. Still can't get the phone back.. Waited an hour for the ride and had to pay $20- for a round-ride where I simply got out, put a letter in a mail box and then home. Last time a while back, the ride cost $9- to anywhere in Cheyenne and a round-trip a couple of $'s more--$11- usually. On top of the shock of the double cost, I tried conversing with the driver who was hard of hearing, fair enough. Our talk came to the subject of COVID-19. He has not had the COVID-19, was not wearing a mask, was not vaccinated and had no intention to be. and he coughed in the car! I, on the other hand, have had COVID-19 and the double Pfizer shots, because besides caring about my own life, I care about others too! He needs to think a little further; what if he did have the COVID-19 but didn't know it yet? What if I had had a very sick relative to pass the COVID-19 on to,...when he coughed in the car? Really disappointed. We made reservations for a ride to Frontier days the night before we wanted to go. They gave us a 1/2 hour window of when they would come but they never came. When I called they said they would be right there, but didn't show up for another 1/2 hour. Returning to our motel they said it would be 20 minutes. After 1/2 hour when I called they said the driver has been there 2 times already. We had been in the spot they told us to wait. After waiting over an hour we called another taxi company. read more

They are friendly, prompt, courteous & priced fairly. We had great service for the three evenings we stayed in Cheyenne.

On a recent Friday morning I had called Cowboy Shuttle to take me to my employment. It is roughly two miles north of HWY 30 on Christensen Rd. After hearing all about coffee and nutrition supplements the owner of Cowboy Shuttle tells me the ride will be $36. The first thing out of my mouth was "My God." He became irate immediately and said "If that is too much, get the F#$@ out. I do not need your money get the F*&% out of my car. So instead of being reasonable he became cantankerous, and belligerent, using unnecessary expletives consequently not being paid for services rendered. It was his fault entirely. The charge of $36 was robbery. Every time I used the shuttle prior to that was $10 and I gave a $5 tip. There are other taxi's or shuttles out there and I will use their services when need arises, rather than being accosted by ignorance. read more

Cowboy Shuttle saved our hides when my truck broke down on I-80 a few miles out of town. Sam picked up the part we needed from the auto parts store, drove it out to us, and waited while I installed it. Hands down some of the most amazing customer service I've ever dealt with. read more

We haven't had a problem with cowboy shuttle we have been very great customers well I know Cheyenne frontier days were going on we called on Friday to get picked up from the store we called at 6:32 and waited three hours we kepr calling and the person on the phone said 20 minutes well that turned into a three hour wait called another cab company so we used the cab today and the driver was rude and unprofessional and acting like someone stole his sucker from him Yes it was Sam hes very rude don't care who you are he threw an attitude with us never again are we using this poor un organized company again And by the way the coffee he gives you Sucks all around that's not how you treat your customers don't care if they read this review read more

Me and my boyfriend ordered a taxi late one evening because my car broke down. They said it was me 30 to 45 minutes we stood outside in the cold and waited. The taxi arrives, It's the owner Sam, whom am had taken rides from before. I get in the car and explain to him that it's been a very bad night explained that my car broke down and my cell phone is lost and cannot find it. My boyfriend was across the parking lot walking his dog. So we would drive across the parking lot to pick up my boyfriend and the dog and he gets in the car he sits down he goes oh my gosh I found your phone. Sam the owner of this business proceed to say that's not your f****** phone. That's mine. I said sir I told you I got in the taxi cab I lost my phone tonight that's my phone. That's my boyfriend had it he misplaced it. He like no, Slams on the brakes I almost hit my head on the windshield. And he says that's my phone he grabbed it out of my boyfriend's hand Sam did. And he says get out of my f****** cab. I said sir sir let me let me put in my code I will show you that it's my phone. And it's registered to me when you pull it up look at the about me and my name is on it I'll show you my driver's license. He wouldn't do it he opened his door and threw my cell phone across the parking lot and it shattered on the cement. I just bought the phone the day before. He says get out of my f****** cab and we said no you need to call the police and he refused and he said get out now and he put his fist up. I immediately got out of the passenger seat and my boyfriend got out of the back seat and we took off. He's sped off into the night. We will be filing complaints against this taxi cab company with wydot And whatever entity we possibly can. Never again will we use cowboy shuttle. They never told us they changed the prices so my husband was going to the skating rink w our daughter. Guy said 10 dollars for a 3 minute drive. My husband said ok but it was only 3 minutes. He then told my husband to get the Hell out of his car in front of our child. I called in a complaint about the offensive words used in front of our child and cowboy shuttle said theres nothing they can do about it. If this is the way they treat military family or families in general they have another thing coming. read more
