I had a bathroom faucet with a leak. I first went to a big box home improvement store with off-brand parts that made the problem worse. The big box store also pushed me to buy parts I didn't need. So then I went to NPS. I told the employee behind the counter the brand of faucet I had and the problem and he did some research. He went back to their supplies and found something I never would have picked up on my own. Evidently Delta Faucets changed their design for the gasket/ball assembly. They had the exact Delta brand part I needed and it cost less than the big box supplies (that didn't work). I'm very glad I went here. He was also nice with my 3-year old who tagged along! I can't say enough good things about River Drive Excavating. A few years ago, I accidentally broke…read moreoff a sewage cleanout pipe sticking out of the ground in my backyard with my lawn mower. I didn't deal with it properly--I just threw a big rock over it, covered it with dirt, and forgot about it. Recently, I got a dog who discovered the rock and dug it up. I called RDE, and the owner came by the very next day. He told me I was lucky the pipe hadn't clogged with dirt yet. He went back to his shop, grabbed the right cap pieces, and repaired the pipe that same day. Great guy, super fast service. And thanks to the repair, there's no way my current dog is digging this up again.
