It's not just desks that they offer but also opportunities to learn and network with others through classes and networking events that seem to happen regularly, too. Within the space, there's also outside patio space, shower room and quiet rooms/booths for anyone that wishes to do their own things, too. They also are within walking distances from different places like cafes, restaurants, greenwood area and entertainment/performing space as well. What I particularly like is their flexibility: even though 36 Degrees N has regular work hours, they also offer add on packages to come in off hours (24/7 and weekends) and open up additional mail boxes to intake mails as well. Seeing this coworking space (and additional office they have in downtown area --the 36 Degrees N Incubator space), I am certain 36 Degrees North is the best co-working space in town!

The Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation purchased the three-building complex, formerly housing Dollar Thrifty Plaza. The intention is to use the space to advance the philanthropic goals of the foundation - which focuses on alleviating symptoms of poverty, enriching health and wellness, and empowering community members to improve their lives.Once developed, the entire plaza will be entirely owned by the nonprofits moving into it. Legacy Plaza's East Tower will be home to four nonprofit headquarters: the Mental Health Association, Assistance League of Tulsa, Community Action Project of Tulsa, Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, and LIFE Senior Services. It will also provide 170 new affordable housing units through Vintage Housing, including 50 dedicated to senior living. Legacy Plaza West Tower will become headquarters for Family & Children's Services and Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences. This means their administrative operations will no longer divided among three buildings. Staff from five F&CS community and home-based children's services will be consolidated into one spot. F&CS will take over eight floors of the West Tower, while OSU-CHS will have five floors. Having a single spot for the public to know where to seek support services and clinical care is invaluable.

Not only did they offer free coworking all week, but they also featured something special each day --donuts, pizza, presentations, free drinks, happy hour, trivia, and even an ice cream party! The first day I went, I wasn't sure where it was. You have to go into the building, walk straight down the hallway, and the main door is on the left. I was very lost and the employee at the hospitality bar, Jessica, immediately asked if I needed help. I told her it was my first time there and she gave me a tour of the entire place. Both floors are filled with great decor and amazing local art. She was extremely helpful pointing everything out and setting me up for the work day. It was super fun working here and getting to try out all their amenities. They have a hospitality bar on the first floor and offer free bottomless coffee. I lost count of how many meeting rooms there are. Lots of options when it comes to size and capacity. There are also individual booths one can use if you need a quiet space. I'm low-key obsessed with their Bevi machine on the second floor- it serves still, sparkling, and flavored water on demand. You can even mix and match your own drinks! They offer a variety of memberships, depending on what you need. There are also day and week passes available if you don't want to commit. Highly recommend!

We were very comfortable. We noticed surrounding the party area were offices with names on the doors. An advantage to those renting office space is that party attendees see what businesses are there. There's also an area where those renting the office space can leave cards and information about their businesses. It gives them some exposure. It was a delightful wedding reception. If I should need to rent space for a party, I will definitely think of The Office.

University Club Apartments…read more This weekend, we are down to ONE working elevator, with everyone jamming into it. The fireman light comes on, and the elevator takes everyone back to the lobby. This is our only working elevator. 3 WEEKS AGO WE HAD NO ELEVATORS AT ALL FOR 5 HOURS WASTED MY WHOLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THIS IS A 32 FLOOR APARTMENT COMPLEX! There is still no working HVAC in the resident-floor hallways or lobby. From what I have learned from long-term residents, this apparently broke 4-5 years ago and was never fixed. Many current residents don't even realize there is supposed to be HVAC in these areas until they talk to residents who have been here longer. The pool TV is still not operating, and according to a long-term resident, the expensive pool sound system had a control box that needed repair, but instead of repairing the amenity, it was simply capped off. The heat is becoming a serious issue. Electric bills for apartments ranging from approximately 600-1,200 sq. ft. have reportedly been $230-$400/month, which I believe is partly related to inefficient HVAC systems and very thin windows. I am also unsure how regularly the individual apartment HVAC units are actually receiving preventive maintenance. I have to keep fans running in my apartment because there are no ceiling fans. There is also no light fixture in the master bedroom or living area. One bedroom has a light that was cheaply added, but you have to run an extension cord to plug it in. It took me a while to figure out that the ceiling light has to be plugged in at floor level because there is no convenient outlet where you would expect one. Look at the temperatures in the pictures I am including with this review: My floor hallway: 91°F Floor lobby: 91°F Elevator: 90.3°F Parking garage lobby: 98.9°F And remember: these are enclosed areas with an HVAC system that has reportedly been broken for years. There is essentially no airflow. I also recently had maintenance come to repair my guest bathroom toilet. I came home to find a dirty, heavily scratched toilet. I am including pictures of that as well. IMPORTANT FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS You cannot open the windows. They do not open for ventilation, and they are extremely thin. You have to keep the blinds closed to help keep the apartment cool--which means you cannot even fully enjoy the view you are paying for. CONVERSATIONS WITH CURRENT RESIDENTS UP FOR LEASE RENEWAL INCREASING THEIR RENT $190 FOR STUDIO AND 1-BEDROOM APARTMENTS! I want to be fair about one thing: I do believe the current local management team is doing what they can. My frustration is with the history of poor maintenance under previous management and with a management company that, in my opinion, has allowed too many problems to go unresolved for too long. From my research, University Club appears to be Horizon Management's only Oklahoma property. I am posting this update because prospective residents deserve to know what they are walking into, and current residents deserve to have their concerns heard. I encourage everyone to look at the pictures, document what you experience, and make your own informed decision.

Immediately upon walking in the secure entry for resident only app meet the high bar for experience. DJ and Ray help manage and maintain the experience from start to finish. My apartment felt like an oasis in a new city, with a view of cherry street and welcoming neighbors. There are conveniences such as a roof top bar and restaurant in the building as well as a cycle bar right below. Any item I needed help the team was quick to action. All in all if you're new in town looking for somewhere to stay and a team to work with the 1515 Lofts team is the one I recommend. I no longer live in Tulsa but if I ever did return for sure the team at 1515 lofts would be my first call.
