Super cute !! Got a chance to take my 5 year anniversary pictures here and the location was beautiful !

Nice scenic park in the middle of a densely packed housing development. Our photographer, who lives in Lincoln, asked to meet here for some family photos. There is a nice paved trail and some wooden bridges. The actual pond is not so visually appealing since it's brown. As we were leaving there was someone fishing in it--hopefully catch and release and not for food. The pond also smells bad when the wind blows just right. I wouldn't want to live next to it, but I think the photos will turn out great. There is a parking lot dedicated to the park, which I'm sure is great for nearby residents so guests won't park in front of their homes. Some very talented artist created some chalk drawings of some Office characters on the parking lot sidewalk. I'm a big fan so I had to take some photos.

Beyond beautiful! Reminds me of Ireland or the Mt Diablo foothills in the Bay Area. The twelve bridges neighborhood is a hidden gem.

Beautiful Secluded Park A quiet and secluded park tucked away within the hills and new homes of Twelve Bridges community in Lincoln. The area is a huge 24.5 acre park and is beautiful and peaceful complete with a children's playstructure and a covered picnic area with a table or two and some benches right immediately after the parking area (not all that big, though). There are paved walking trails and a lake where geese roam and float down to take a rest on the water. There are no restrooms and other amenities. It is a nature preserved and protected wetland habitat. There are also rattlesnake warnings along the trails so keep an eye out. The snakes like to come out around dusk so just be careful. Parking is limited inside the park area but there are street parking available. Did not know this park existed until it was suggested to be an on-location photo shoot for our family pictures. The bridge is a nice location for photos and, of course, the lake is also a nice background which our photographer often used. Further in the trails there is a large oak tree that would also make a nice backdrop. Review #0546

This is just a few miles away from me and I just discovered this family friendly park and walkway that extends for miles. I went by myself yesterday not sure if I would feel safe. Yes, I walked a couple of miles and then just sat at the park for a few minutes. I'm so happy to have found this nature area with trails that I can enjoy any time so close to my house.

Fun, quiet park with a playground and view of the pond. Not very shaded though, so wear a hat if walking when it's sunny out.

The bleachers were clean and there is a "no nuts or seeds allowed" sign near bleachers. That was nice so if there are shells on people's nuts, theres less spit out shells to clean up and be grossed at. Most people sitting on those bleachers obeyed these rules. The thing that stood out about this park was the many dog walkers and early AM walkers. I was there by 9am both days and there were more than handful walking by my car. Another thing that struck me was how clean the bathrooms are near the entrance of the park. I am from a little more south with maybe 80K more in population and our parks are not this clean. This was a sight for sore park eyes. This park is expansive, wide, nicely mowed, not many houses nearby, open fields surround a part of the park. It appears like it could be a camping resort as well. It isn't, but the way uts situated looked like it could be. Thats a good thing. If I was a kite flyer or a frisbee thrower, this park would be ideal due to the wide open spaces. Parking is decent but when you are there for games, spots are a hot commodity and so it may be more of a challenge and one may desire to come early. Very nice park. Great job Lincoln.
