Reservations are required on weekends, some Fridays, and selected dates. Otherwise, Mon thru Thu are free with no reservations required. Parking available inside is limited so come early to avoid the hassle. I believe they open at 6:30 AM and closing is dependent on sundown. We hiked with our 2 little girls and dogs. Even with the little ones, we were able to make it to the Canyon View Overlook and back. In case your dog needs a bathroom break, bag it up and I recall there was at least one trash can along the path towards the Overlooks. Help keep this hiking gem clean! Scenery was gorgeous, hike was pretty easy without difficulty, and be sure to visit both Overlooks for some beautiful sights. We took the North Legacy Way, in case you're curious. Great for hiking enthusiasts, families, quality time with nature, and perfect for those that want to avoid lots of foot traffic!

People who rated this low are just mad because they didn't do research or come prepared. Theres plenty of trail options here but we did the main hidden falls loop trail that was on AllTrails. (Poppy Trail, N Legacy Way, then Hidden Falls Access Trail, total loop about 3.2 miles) It was a beautiful hike with tons of mushrooms everywhere right now, and hidden falls is flowing! Theres two observation decks. I kind of don't like how the deck at hidden falls is right above the falls so it blocks the falls, you have to look down over the rail/ledge, so there's no way you can get a good photo with the falls behind you

Many bike trails into the woods. Main Park walking path is easy .5 mile loop around the retention pond. Cell service is 100% lol... Kids play area, Pavillion, and BBQ. many tables and benches.

There is two clean bathrooms on site. They also have a nice play structure. On the weekends sometimes the snack bar is open which is pretty convenient for beverages or a quick snack. We have a-lot of memories from all the games my kids played here . My youngest still has games here which is nice . When in majors I believe it's only in Mc Bean park they have the bigger fields there . Overall clean nice park Great for games ..

It's one of my favorite places to walk when the weather is nice and cool. There isn't really any shade which is why I only put 4 stars. It is paved and wonderful for strollers, walkers, children, cyclists, etc. There is a lot of beautiful scenery. I'm not sure how long it is in total but I've gone as little as 2 miles and as many as 4. It breaks off into several parts of the surrounding neighborhood so really can fit the trail to whatever your needs are. There is ample parking at the park nearby and wonderful bathrooms that are always clean and kept up. Loads of grass area, a baseball diamond, etc. Be careful of snakes! I've not seen one but there are signs everywhere. Love this trail.

The Sorrento community all got a paper to vote what we would want in the park I chose a basketball court and other amenities instead of the parking lot but the parking lot won lol ! This is still a good park very convenient for birthday parties or just a day in the park . There is a lot of grass area for baseball practices for us .. I love the new tables in the middle with the sun covers very nice ! Overall great park ! Very clean with a great play structure! So glad to have this park near our home .
