3.5 star review I ordered the Salada Quente de Batata Doce. It was greens with warm sweet potatoes, roasted peppers, mushrooms, and a poached egg. Overall, very tasty and for a good deal at more than enough for less than 9E. My star deductions are because they were out of carry out containers. I could only finish half of my salad and ended up wasting the other delicious half. :( I hate food waste. The other half star is because the egg was overcooked. I didn't find it devastating, but I did notice it. The staff were great.

Tried the duck croquettes with orange jam. A good little snack in combination with something else, as they're a bit small.. but very meaty and tasty.

This is just about the best spot to sit down and have an amazing meal in the Gourmet Market. The food is expertly prepared, and the kitchen's design affords you the opportunity to follow your meal through every culinary master stroke. I game here with my friend Andrea who is a local wine and food guide. We started off with a nice bottle of white wine and followed it up with an appetizer of goat cheese drizzled in honey. All I can say to this is that I plan to create this delicious combination as soon as I return to the States. Our main course consisted of pork cheek on a bed of buttery sweet potatoes and a steak and mushroom sandwich on English muffin bread. We shared our main dishes and agreed that this was definitely the way to go. This place is an oasis of savory delight, a hot spot that certainly does put the happiness back into the kitchen.

The line wasn't long when I came around 2200.. But boy did it move slowly. There qere a few people that just left the line.. I had the figures salad with serkan cheese and Iberian pork cured ham. It was pretty delicious with the salty cured meat contrasting with the fig.. Bit I'm not sure if it was worth the snail paced wait.. All in all plenty of other shops to try, probably would give it a miss next time.

    Frantic TimeOut Market

Amazingly delicious meats dishes and appetizers. Every item on the menu looked scrumptious. We ordered the pork cheek and the bacalhau dishes and were ecstatic. Bear in mind that Cozinha da Felicidade is a stall inside the frantic, packed TimeOut market. There are shared tables in the market and stools at the various stalls, which turn out to be reserved for stall customers. Cozinha made a fuss when I brought dessert from a different stall, which I found ridiculous since we had spent quite a bit of money on Cozinha's dinner already and dessert stalls do not have their own seating. Plus every stall's food is served on plates marked "Time Out."

    Octopus stew

The food was fine but was lacking in flavor. I got the octopus stew and the octopus was fresh and delicious, but the rest was average. It was also very expensive for a small portion.

Polvo de mohlo (octopus stew) - amazing!

I'm surprised this place isn't better rated. We had a very delicious and efficiently served lunch here. I got the polvo de molho (octopus stew), which was light and very flavorful. My husband got the Portuguese version of steak and eggs and loved his dish as well. I'm not sure how this place compares to the other stands of the Time Out Market, but it's definitely worth trying.

So many options, didn't know what go get!

With so many options to eat at the food hall in Lisbon I ended up going with this place. Customer service was alright, but the food was better.

Steak and egg were over cooked so sad

The food was okay, the guy taking the orders was terribly inattentive and the wait was much longer then I would like to admit. Speaking of waiting, I don't mind when the food is exceptional which this was not. I would say don't waste your time or money.

A place for amators of good food in the jungle of the time out market. The staff of this small restaurant will take care of you nicely! U can ask .. They will know what is good for you ! Price according to the quality is very good

But I suspect its target customers are tourists…read more They play American pop music all night long which is fine with me, but if you are looking for a local experience, this may not what you expected. Pastries de Bacalhau - the crust was not brown enough. May be longer time. The stuffing was flavorful but it's more the cod taste than the flavored mash potatoes which I prefer. I actually prefer the other local restaurant I tried the night before better. Caldo Verde - The potatoe part of the soup is great. Perfect viscosity but the flavor is not. It wasn't salty enough but more importantly is the flavor of the veggies and the spicy sausage they supposed to use that makes the soup taste different. Grilled giant pawns - The flavor of the prawns is not as intense as expected and hope to be. The squid ink pasta also lacked of flavor. That's disappointing. With the prawns, they should at least use the prawn shell to make sauce for the pastas. The pasta was tasteless, didn't even use enough garlic and olive oil to flavor it up. Seafood rice - Another disappointment. They used fish, small mussels and little bit of shrimp pieces along with some bigger whole shrimps and mussels. However, the rice was lack of the true seafood flavor that made from shell fish. They also added cilantro which overwhelmed the whatever left of seafood flavor. The lemonade was not a sweet lemonade but sour. Fyi. It's not fair we just went to another restaurant in the neighborhood and everything was so much better but people should know.

Cozy, almost romantic atmosphere. And just €16 per person for all you can eat! The menu changes nightly so here were the stars for me: Creamed cod. Might not sound appetizing but this was insanely good. Not too fishy. Veggie lasagna - really great flavors and you sneak in some vegetables. All the sides: mashed potatoes were delicious, the rice is a staple, the couscous was perfect, the carrot soup made me say DAMN! The service was amazing. The two gentleman there ran an entire packed restaurant effortlessly. Helping customers with drinks, explaining the concept and each dish to every person that came in. We washed it down with a pitcher of white sangria (drinks and desserts are extra). We literally couldn't move. We walked back to the hotel instead of taking an Uber simply to walk some of it off. One of the most memorable meals I had in Lisbon.

The restaurant was quaint and intimate , with a small buffet that easily fills you up. There were many options from a beef stew to a curry, a noodle dish with bacon, salad, and other options. They even explained the options to us. I truly wish we had more time in Lisbon because I would have definitely returned to try it again as the options differ nightly. I would definitely recommend this to all in Lisbon.
