OMG, I picked up my cleaning and had a very nice conversation with the owner Ms Z. I didn't get a chance to really check out the out come of my cleaning cause I had to rush it to my seamstress for some alterations! I will up date as soon as I get it back! Just got here on a Monday and it's empty, but the staff is hard at work doing tons of laundry. They left the largest machines open for washing/drying which was fortunate for me because I had blankets and sleeping bags to wash from a recent camping trip. The washers are new, and impressive, even comes with blanlet-specific wash and extra wash or extra rinse cycle options. I brought my own detergent, but they have that available as well as disposable masks if you forget your own. Currently it's all coin-operated (change machine on site) which I prefer, but the staff said they are switching to a loaded card system soon. I like the machines though, and the staff is friendly, so I will be back next time I have a big load to do. Largest machine was $6.50, drying is about 5-6 min through the quarter. read more

Dropped in on a Monday afternoon to wash some down comforters and duvet covers and pretty much had the whole place to myself. Aside from immediately being greeted by the friendly and helpful attendant, the first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. Not that I'd eat off the floor or anything, but I didn't mind that my clean linen touched the ground as I was folding lol. There were plenty of washers (different sizes) to choose from and a wall full of quick dryers. Wasn't overly expensive either - $6.75 for the 6 load washers and $1.50 for 20 mins of drying. They also have inexpensive laundry service for the lazy ones lol jk. Free WiFi and TVs for your waiting. Not too much more to ask for with a laundromat. I'll definitely be back for my industrial sized laundry needs! read more

I haven't even picked up my clothes but I know I want to give a 5 star review just from the drop off experience. I was greeted very warmly from a smiling woman who I assume is the owner. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The first thing I noticed was how clean and nice the place is. It actually lifted my spirit just by walking into the place. I want to pull out my whole "needs dry cleaning" pile and take it to her just to support this business. I felt appreciated and that she truly cared about my clothes. I have often used them for weekly laundry pick up. The young lady that picks up laundry is just to sweet and so friendly! This past weekend daughter did our laundry herself while I was out of town. One of the employees not only rescued the washer full of clothes that she accidentally left behind, but dried and folded them and was waiting for someone to reclaim them! Facility is bright and clean. Machines are well organized, clean, and work well. There are plenty of rolling baskets and several folding stations. Everything seems to be in good repair; I only saw one non-working dryer and it was well signed. A special plus is the very friendly, very helpful attendant. They were very nice, and the washers were reasonable, even though the dryers were slow. However, I had three different guys come up to me in the parking lot as I was loading and unloading the laundry asking for money. I gave them cash, but the cost for me went from about $12 to about $25. I know I don't have to give money to people begging, but I'd prefer to do my laundry somewhere I don't have to say no:( read more

Dryer broker, so I had a ton of clothes to wash and dry. Selected Cozy Clean based on reviews. Immediately on entering, the female attendant greeted me and was extremely friendly, asking if I needed help to get my clothes from the car, and any help using the equipment. Several sized washers to use and I believe 2 different sized dryers. This place is very clean and quiet, and there was only 2 others in there when I came in. Everything worked as it should. Change machine takes everything from $1 to $20, but attendant wtll also assist if needed. You can also use a credit/debit card. When I used the smaller dryer, it seemed like it cut off rather quickly, and attendant said they were trying to calibrate the dryers, because they were not all cutting off at the same time, so she was kind enough to give me some free time (dropped in a quarter for me)...awesome! Washers clean and dryers dry well. There is also a wash and fold service, and I saw a few people come in to drop off/pick up laundry for this service, which I believe was told it's based on pounds. If you need to go to the laundry, choose Cozy Clean. read more

I'm new to taking clothing to cleaners and this shop came up as top reviewed in my area, so I decided to stop to drop off 2 suits and a blazer. From the beginning the owner was very friendly and accommodating to explain how long it would take and what all is involved. The store is very clean and well kept! Even though I learned that you have to get your clothes in by Monday or Wednesday @1pm to get them the same week, and I wouldn't have the suits in time for an event..I decided to leave a suit and blazer to get cleaned just because of how great the customer service was. It has been a long time since I've visited a laundromat. I went on one of the hottest days of the year and was greeted with nice, cool air. I had an item to wash larger than my washer at home could handle. Impressive is all I can say. The attendant was very helpful, and the place was very clean. The soda and snack machine prices were also reasonable. I will be back to wash comforters etc and/or leave them for the attendant to do. Amazingly service for a young professional on the go. This service totally blew my expectations in a time of crisis. I needed a suitcase full of clothes to be ready and for my the next day.
