Our son goes to Cozy and, holy smokes I'm so happy that he does! Everyone is caring, compassionate and patient. They make sure to not only listen to concerns, but to address them and to keep you involved and up-to-speed. They might be good educators, but if you are looking to enroll your child don't waste your time. I called 3x to leave a message they never called back and when I finally got to talk to Joanne (the director) she was extremely rude, said there was not spots and almost treated me like I was crazy. Our son attended Cozy from the time he was four months to 2 1/2 years, when we had to leave because we were moving out of state. It was a wonderful experience for all of us -- the emphasis is on play, creative learning, and sharing. Friends often compliment us on how well "socialized" our son is and I credit a lot of it to the Cozy staff. They provided excellent care and paid keen attention to all his developmental stages both the wonderful and the challenging. I always felt comfortable with any questions. read more

As a parent of children who attend cozy corner childcare center, I cannot say enough positive comments about this school and how well it operates. We are truly delighted with how our children are embraced, nurtured, and supported by the staff and teachers. Our children are excited to go to school and learn new things each day. My children have been with Cozy for a few years now. My oldest has moved on to higher education (he was very prepared for the next step in his education). Wow, I have no idea who that "former employee" is who wrote such a damning review, and I hope that others who look up Cozy will see her as clearly disgruntled. My son started at Cozy when he was 8 months old, all the way until he was 4 and ready to change schools. He still has 4 very good friends that he started with in the baby room. My twin daughters started at Cozy when they were 5 months old and are currently still there, LOVING it. Every stage of day care has been wonderful and loving and educational. Joanne, the owner genuinely cares about all of the kids there and all three of my kids were and currently are excited to run through the door in the morning and often hard to get out and home at the end of the day. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they all love kids. I am consistently amazed that all of my kids' teachers are still happy and laughing at the end of the day, given what a difficult job they have. I can't say enough great things about Cozy and continue to recommend it to everyone who is looking for day care. read more

If the operator of this facility wants to post that she was distressed about a negative review from a former employee and encourages "anyone interested in personal, child centered approach to early education [to] pick up the phone and ask ..." should probably herself either answer those phone calls or perhaps call back when messages are left. I tried NUMEROUS times to get in touch with this facility for child care and not once was my call answered nor messages returned. Needless to say, I found top notch care NOT with this center. read more
