These people are awful. They overcharged me $220 to repair my partial denture and now I cannot get my money back. I would expect a dental office to understand insurance coverage and accurately determine what my out-of-pocket cost should be before demanding payment. Went in to have a cavity filled and a cracked tooth repaired. They told me to get out of the chair with my mouth still full of blood - I immediately had to go to the bathroom to repeatedly spit blood out of my mouth and essentially patch myself up. It took over 10 shots in my gums for me to be numbed enough to even tolerate what was happening, and even then, it still was substantial painful. I wasn't fully informed on what was going to be done, they didn't ask for my consent for anything, and I'm still not entirely sure what they did to my teeth. I'm hoping that corporate will provide me some sort of itemized invoice or explanation as to what happened. Immediately cancelled my upcoming appointment and am going elsewhere. Highly recommend getting a second opinion and demanding a full explanation of what they'll do to your teeth before letting them operate on you. read more

I saw several positive reviews on this dental practice and since I'm new to the area, I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and I only waited a few minutes to get in for my scheduled appointment. The hygienist, Marina and dentist, Kenny made me feel comfortable and I was confident in their work (I had teeth cleaning, deep cleaning, and X-rays). I've only been coming to this dentist office for a few weeks but so far seems to be a good place to visit. I've see 2 different dentists and both of them were very good. The front desk staff is very friendly and I can always count on them to give me a call to remind me about my appointment. I've had to reschedule a couple times and they are very good about doing that. That helps me because I have such a random schedule. I've brought my son here for 3 years (he's 3) and I just made an appointment for myself. Let me tell you, the Doctors and assistants are absolutely awesome. Going to the dentist has never been so fun! My son enjoys going to the dentist, they are amazing! I'm so happy that I found this place. Update: I had a jaw bone infection that landed me in the ER and now I have titanium in my jaw! Thanks Cozy Dental! I've had extreme pain from a wisdom tooth extraction that I had back home in California almost two months ago. I did have an infection that was taken care of in California (before I moved here) but I've still had pain two weeks later. I went to one dentist last week and I've had mouth and ear pain all week and I wasn't sure why. I came here cause I saw the good reviews and I was hoping I could get some answers about why I'm in pain. The dental assistant (didn't get her name) was so sweet and compassionate. But the old white man who was the dentist was a real asshole. He had no answers for me and basically told me to tough it out for another month or two. He said I should take some ibuprofen and when I told him I already have been, multiple times a day for weeks now he told me to probably stop cause it's not good. His resolution to my mouth pain was to "go back to surgeon in California since he was the one that did the surgery". Thanks for the help. So glad I paid $130 out of pocket just to be told to deal with it. read more

DO NOT SEE DOUGLAS MILLS AT THIS LOCATION. I'm sure the other staff is very nice however I went to this location back in 2019 due to my tooth being knocked out. Cozy dental did an amazing job to help me get the tooth repaired with a metal retainer. Fast forward to 2024 and my retainer has been falling out/loose. So I go back to cozy dental to have it fixed. The dental assistants were very nice and professional. However I saw Dr. Mills huffing and puffing through the halls and even yelling at a dental assistant so when he came into the room to look at my teeth I was immediately worried about what he was going to say to me as my teeth are in pretty rough shape. I've never in my life had a dentist or a doctor or anybody in the heath care industry talk to me or belittle me the way this man did. (I am 26 yrs old and I'm definitely not a Karen) He basically ridiculed me about my teeth and told me there was nothing they could do for me (NOT EVEN CLEAN MY TEETH!??) he even made a comment "idk how your teeth are so bad at your age" mind you I was in a domestically abusive relationship and had my teeth knocked out..) anyway as I'm fighting back tears he is knocking on my teeth with his tools which I've also never had a dentist do that in my life, he then snags my retainer with a tool (which the retainer is loose, the entire reason I went there) and I feel the retainer vibrating in my mouth and he tells me "I could just take your retainer off" I told him no because the retainer is holding my teeth in place and he tells me "well all your teeth are going to fall out anyway on their own it doesn't matter if I take this off or not- besides we don't do orthodontic work" ... I was flabbergasted because THEY PUT THE RETAINER ON IN 2019?? It also states on their windows that they do orthodontic work??? At this point I almost walked out because of the disrespect and disregard this man had toward me and my situation. He then tells me I have to go to a specialist and gives me a paper for a referral and as he hands me the paper he says "it sucks they don't take your insurance though" like what is this guys problem??? It was so unprofessional and I went home and just cried. Upon calling some other places I have found a "specialist" that DOES take my Medicaid (no thanks to dr mills) he clearly was having a bad shift and decided to take it out on me and who knows who else that day. He needs his license taken away, and it was extremely unprofessional and unfair to me. You're better off going to comfort dental, I've never had a dentist disrespect me at a comfort dental lol read more

I really like this clinic. the front desk is very friendly, the doctors are great. but dental assistance is very rude, not all. It's not the first time I've encountered this. I speak Spanish. I was lying on a chair and two Spanish-speaking assistants began to discuss me and how they did not like what they were doing. I could not answer anything because my whole mouth was numb. they don't say hello, they close the door in front of my face without explaining anything. That's why I give three stars read more

This is a multi-national practice, most everyone should feel welcome. It is a place for all. I am a an old grandma and they work fine with all ages. Dr Aziz was my first dentist there when I first came there...nice man, he makes you feel comfortable. It is easy to get to, near the Walmart on Exposition, west of Sable and Kaiser Permanente. They seem to do a lot of kids, always kids in the waiting room so they must be good with kids. Give them a try! read more

I don't trust these people then I had a appointment today for a filling that they couldn't do and gave me numbing cream before checking my teeth didn't get a filling but walked out with a numb mouth and a $1500 estimate... to add when I got a tooth extracted it took a while to heal the orthodontist that pulled it shouldn't touch anymore mouths it still hasn't fully healed from where he cut it smh I would recommend looking elsewhere there a lot of credible Dentist my wife recommended this place I usually go to Salida Smiles new building but great dentist, employees and atmosphere unlike here where they employees blow up your phone early in the morning to confirm appointments and sound rude when they leave you message I ignored the lady today we always try to call and confirm but nobody ever answers I totally blew her off lol like do she know the type of person she's talking to.. I think not because it could of went way left but I've matured a lot. I have added a star my experience with Dr. Mills getting my second tooth pulled was excellent but until I receive my free teeth whitening that was initially offered if I gave Cozy a second chance (which I did) I will not remove the the original review due to it seeming like they treated me extra well just because of my review because after my 1st extraction I wasn't given any mouth wash or gauzes and the 2nd extraction I did and Dr. Mills should get award for how he handles his patients and is the main reason I gave Cozy a 2nd chance he worked on my mouth as if it was his own. read more

Everyone in this office is kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Aziz is the best dentist in the world! I went to two previous dentists and they each told me that my bottom teeth had to be pulled. They said I would need implants. The last Dennis told me that it would cost me $15,000. I told Dr. Aziz this when I first saw him and he said he could fix my teeth and heal my gums. That was seven years ago. I still see Dr. Aziz and I still have all of my teeth and my gums are very healthy! Definitely the best dentist in the world! read more

I have the biggest fear of the dentist because of a traumatizing experience as a kid. This is one of the few dentists that accepts Medicaid in the Denver area, and they let you know BEFORE treatment if Medicaid will cover your appointment, which is super nice. Everyone at cozy dental is very friendly and caring, even the front desk. They walk you through each step and do everything they can to make you feel at ease, they even offer you a blanket if you're cold! After putting it off for 6 years I finally had my wisdom teeth removed on Tuesday with Dr. Justus. He and his team of assistants were outstanding and made the surgery as painless as possible. I chose IV Sedation and don't remember a thing! Seriously one of the nicest doctors I've ever had. So far my recovery is going well. I love that I have a dentist that offers oral surgery as well, it just regular cleanings. Thank you so much Cozy Dental! read more
