The quality of care was fine, but DON'T believe them that insurance will cover your costs. I was quoted $0 for a crown, telling me that my insurance would cover it. When the insurance claim was denied, I was asked to file a request for review with the insurance company. The insurance company denied my request for payment of the claim, and I was told that the provider is liable and I should not be held responsible. Both my husband and I have been confronted when we go in about the unpaid balance, making me feel like I'm attacked and it's my fault. I was told by the receptionist that the insurance company should not have told me I was not responsible, and I still owe the money. If I knew the cost of the crown upfront, I would have asked for preapprove or shopped around. Also, I didn't have any pain or problem, so I may have put the work off for a while. read more

I went to the dentist and was told at check-in that it would be a 45 minute appointment. After I was taken back, the tech advised me that it would be a two hour appointment because I had scheduled fillings and a crown after my cleaning. They called my ride to tell him, and they told HIM it would take 3 hours to complete all the work. So you can imagine my displeasure when I expected a 2 hour appointment and got a 3 hour appointment. With that said, the people who work at Green Dental Care are very nice and efficient. I was only upset because I spent the last hour of the appointment worrying about my ride who I imagined was sitting in the parking lot, waiting for me. However, I am going back to this dental practice and I would recommend it to anyone who is a little nervous about dentistry, because they are so kind and gentle. Thanks. read more

Dr. Brianna is the best dentist I've ever been to. She is kind, helpful and makes my experience going to the dentist so much more pleasant. I've always had anxiety getting my teeth worked on. The discomfort, uncomfortable conversation, potential for something to go wrong - I have none of these fears with Dr. Brianna. I had a cleaning done by Luce (I'm not sure how to spell her name) but she was amazing so gentle & kind even though I was naturally a bit nervous I would absolutely recommend her & I hadn't been to the dentist in 3-4 years but just knowing how comforting she is & I was quiet embarrassed about my teeth but she reminded me not to be hard on myself. The staff was so kind especially Megan from the front desk was absolutely helpful 12/10 would recommend this dentist and they are very clear on pricing with you when asking them & are helpful on what insurance does/does not cover which is great. Worst dental experience EVER!!! I've lived all over the country and I can confidently say that is BY FAR THE WORST!!! Stay away at ALL costs. If they're in network, look elsewhere. First and foremost, he's just a lousy dentist. Dr Green has a really unrefined technique that keeps you anxiety stricken during the entire visit. PAINFUL the ENTIRE TIME. Might as well just sit there un-numbed and hand him some rusty power tools because that's how it feels. I had pain for at least 2 weeks post extraction and had to be seen at Urgent Care (during COVID pandemic nevertheless) because I had developed an infection immediately after my visit. My gum is still completely detached from the rest of the gum line, and this is 3 weeks post appointment. I've expressed my concern and was told this was "normal". It is NOT normal to be on a soft food diet due to the pain for this long as I've had the same thing done by other dentists before. THEN, to add insult to injury, he billed for services not completed. Basically, this was supposed to be a multi-visit procedure yet he billed for work he hadn't even began yet! 1. that's not how my insurance company works, they only pay for services rendered and 2. its just bad practice. So, even if you're unhappy with something like an ugly crown or say, develop and infection from the power tools and heavy hands, you're up shit creek. He blatantly LIED to my insurance company and said all work had been completed yet I'm sitting here in pain and toothless. My husband tried to go in and get a resolution and give them the chance to do the right thing but they downright refused. Dr Green tried to justify his shady practices as if he were a used car salesman then threatened to throw in all these extra charges if we didn't back down so that "we would never see a dime of that money back". Dr Green has no integrity, lacks ethics, and worries more about lining his pockets than he does the patient. If you want to be in pain for an extended amount of time AND pay for incomplete work, go see Dr. Green. read more

They pushed me for deep cleaning and when I requested just for a normal cleaning they did not even do that proper cleaning and finished that like in max 4-5 mins and said that my teeth were almost clean as I did clean them at home so teeth looked clean. Why would they push me for deep cleaning? When I asked that usually it takes longer to clean the lady said that's how they do it. I have been getting my cleaning done for so many years but never I had such horrible experience. They will ask to do unnecessary and expensive stuff and deep cleaning for no reason, beware of that. The front desk was rude too. This was my first visit and I would never go to such a place. read more

First I have to say that if I could give a negative star review I would. This is the worst dental office I have been in my entire life. Dr. Brianna Godejohn pulled one of my molars and I got a bridge. The bridge didn't even last six months and it broke. She then replaced the bridge, but this bridge is not the same quality of the one I was supposed to get. It looks cheap, and it did not fit. I have pain and I can't use that side when I eat. She is rude and a bad dentist. Please stay away from this office. read more

Do not trust Christopher Green of Green Dental. He will steal your money without the work being completed. He even had to pay back my insurance company for charging for things before he even did them. Clearly he doesn't even know the policies and will try to claim that that is how it's done in the dental world. Even after confronting them, they submitted more claims just to try and retain all the money! If you've already been to this guy and the job isn't completed, check your Explanation of Benefits because i'm sure he has already charged you for them. I'm sure he'll even leave some cryptic message below this or try to justify his actions, but save yourself the headache and choose a dentist who knows what he's doing. read more

I'm surprised with all the great reviews. Well I didn't have such a great couple visits with green dental. So I went in for some bad pain near one of my rear molars. Did the full check up and couldn't find anything wrong so they sent me home with a mouth guard cause lots of teeth grinding at that time of year. Was supposed to wear it until my next appt. I did. Went in the day before my next appt to pay the 800+ in fees that were to be done the next day. I told them that the pain had not gone away but gotten worse. They said they would look at it during the work the next day. I have an issue with dentists probably due to what happened to me here so I always ask for sedation. So I get the work done and leave in a stupor due to sedation. Next day I call to find out what they found out about the pain? Was told "oh we forgot to look"? Really at this point I just felt like a cash register. So a week later I get a fever and end up in the emergency room with a bad infection. Originally the dr said it had gone septic. Thank god his first thought was wrong. So they pumped me full of antibiotics and sent me home saying go see the dentist first thing on Monday. So I did. Dr Green looked at it and said he couldn't see anything wrong. So he sent me to a specialist. He took one X-ray and poked at the tooth 1 time and said yea that tooth is cracked all the way through the center and needed to come out. So I went for second opinion at another dentist . Same thing was told to me by her after one X-ray and poked at one time. She said it's needs to come out. Ow. But with all the pain I was in she said that I needed sedation to have removed. So I was scheduled the next day to have removed. Once tooth was out I never had any pain. So don't allow Dr Green to use you as a cash register like he did did me. Get a second opinion as soon as hype can. I will never refer anyone here. Not only did I have a 3000 dollar Er visit he couldn't find what was wrong. Plus would rather do the other work instead of fixing what I came for the first place. The scariest part of the whole deal is that Dr Green told me not to trust what a medical doctor says cause they are all afraid of teeth. At the end the MD was totally correct and I had a bad infection that he couldn't see but everyone else could. Beware of Dr green and the other dentist there. They both cost me a lot of money that was unneeded for me to spend if he knew what he was doing. read more

Dr. Green, his wife Jenna and their staff are the best! If you are looking for a knowledgeable dentist, with an excellent bed side manner, and top of the line facilities, then look no further. I switched to Dr. Green from another, less personal, dental office in the area. Dr. Green just happens to be located next to my kids pediatric dentist, so it's so convenient. Unlike my old dentist, I am not just a number. I know that Dr. Green will be the one taking care of me and that I will be treated like part of their family. Dr. Green is clearly very knowledgeable about dentistry and he does almost everything in the same practice! No more being referred out for crowns or root canals. Easily accessible office with a great dental staff who aren't afraid to handle customers. I have a vision impairment, and the staff have been helpful and great with verbal directions and guiding. Dr. Green is happy to chat if you're chatty, or leave you alone to get the procedure done! I just had a filling, and it was a fairly painless and easy experience. Worst visit I ever had. Flat out lied about cost of tooth being around $400 and charged $2400 for a root canal on 1 tooth thru a CROWN. Lied about being very gentle. He is NOT gentle in any way. Had prewritten my dental experiences for his website and it all went out the window the minute I sat down. Started off with no numbing gel, lifting lip and jamming needle into gum. He ended up numbing me 1 more time with the same jabbing into the gum during the procedure and 1 more injection after because it was wearing off that fast. It hurt more leaving then when I entered. Would only prescribe "aspirin" for the pain which my pharmacist thought was ridicules for a root canal. His assistant was of little use and rarely washed out the burning bits of tooth he was drilling. When I complained to Cigna about their PPO dentist they could've cared less, and paid it so all my dental was used on one tooth. A very bad experience and would recommend staying away from this dentist! read more

I will never go here again and will not recommend this practice to anyone. We recently moved to the area and due to the positive reviews I read, I thought I'd give them a try. I ended up needing some fillings a little over a month ago and I'm still sore and unable to eat on one side of my mouth. I have never been so bruised from shots and have never had this much sensitivity this far out, ever. When I went back to get my fillings filed down, I showed them the severe bruising in and outside of my mouth and they just said "sometimes that happens." I've had other fillings in my life before going to this practice and never have I ever had such an awful experience, one that truly makes people seriously hate going to the dentist! I still have jaw fatigue and pain at the end of every day that I didn't experience until getting these shots and fillings.
