She arrived 10 mins early (points for her!!) to hear any specifics I needed to tell her and "get the lay of the land." Because of my back and knee issues, I can't do the hard core cleaning of the full shower and shower doors, kitchen and bath floors, and the oven as well as they could be, but she spent the time to do a fine job on my highlighted areas and managed to go over the rest of the house also. You need to make sure you're not sending some whacko to meet your mother, in her own home, and safe place. Also, my poor mom hasn't EVER had a house cleaner in her whole life. She now is older, and has had health issues for a long time. She also lost her husband a few years ago, and I know she just doesnt have any energy or motivation to do what most people consider every day, simple tasks. A deep clean you say?
