I would give Carpet Cleaning Bros 0 stars if I could. I'm guessing it was Tom that came out in June to clean my living room, one flight of stairs and around my bed. It took one hour and my carpet looked good. I paid $229.00 by check and gave a $20.00 tip. No thanks for the tip. After a good week I noticed my carpet was still damp, and the carpet hadn't been cleaned? In July the same person came back. I moved a couple small area rugs to show no actual cleaning had been done. The stairs weren't cleaned entirely. The attachment left distinctive marks that showed not the entire stair was cleaned. My bedroom carpet, as well as my living room carpet flattened out and looks very old from walking on damp carpet. He did not suction the water from my carpet, leaving it damp. I showed areas where the carpet was flat under my bed where it wasn't walked on. This guy said he didn't know what happened. I told him he left a puddle of water in my laundry room, no response. I called October 25th, asked for a call back and to have someone inspect the carpet. No call back? I purchased the carpet in 2020, paying over $13,000.00. Al Schaller read more

We have used Carpet Cleaning Bros at least 5 times, and they have done a wonderful job. On one occasion unfortunately an elderly person had a fall, and there was blood stains on our cream colored carpet. We were sure we would have to replace the carpet. We called Carpet Bros they came and worked on the stain. The carpet looked very good, but they came back to check. There was a spot they redid, at no extra charge. Our carpet looks like new, we couldn't be more pleased. The charge for the work done is reasonable. read more

I really appreciate the customer service from Thomas Hazelton and his crew. One thing that bugs me is calling a business that doesn't answer their phone. Or, leaving a message that takes 24 hours to return. Carpet Cleaning Bros not only answered their phone, they were super polite and informative. The polite employee gave a quote, scheduled an appointment and the Carpet Bros. showed up on time! They made my carpets look brand new and it was nice to know they didn't use any nasty stinky products. It was a very pleasant experience. I don't need to search out carpet cleaners anymore. I have several Persian rugs that needed cleaning. My husband found this company and we turned them over to Tom. They did an excellent job quickly and returned the rugs to us within a matter of days for a very fair price. We will definitely use them again. The problem with Carpet Cleaning Bros (as they call themselves now) is not with their work- but the way they assess fees for their service. They insist on setting the cost of the cleaning over the phone without ever actually seeing what needs to be done. We overpaid (by far) for a few walkways to be cleaned because of this practice. We would have hired them again, but have found another company who is willing to actually do a review of the work needed and charge reasonably for that work. Folks, there are a lot of good carpet cleaning companies here in Medford- no need to overpay for service because of this less than professional business practice. read more

Tom from Brothers just recently completed cleaning our full house of carpeting. Very professional from on time arrival to caring for the furniture that he had to rearrange. Knowledgeable as to carpet type and formula to use for best results. Not our first rodeo, and so the wife was looking to get away from the big names who always just never seem to live up to their hype. Brothers turned out to be very competitive and because they are involved in more than just carpet cleaning (they do fire recovery work as well) they shared insight as to how to keep things looking cleaner longer. Having used a number of other carpet cleaners over the years, I read reviews carefully before choosing Brothers. I wanted the best job possible, to prepare my house for sale. From the time I made the appointment, to the text saying he was on the way, with a photo of Daniel, so I would know who was coming to my door to do the work today, the attention to detail was notable. Daniel was courteous, friendly, and he enthusiastically got to work on a 2 story house, and worked hard for a number of hours. He explained the process to me and assured me that they guarantee their work. He measured each area that he was to clean and I feel I was charged a reasonable rate for a superior job. Brothers Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job getting the dirt and grime out of the carpets at my clinic. Prompt arrival, pleasant and hard working young man. The carpets are clean and he was careful with my furniture...he listened when I questioned the barrier plastic having a sticky side that I felt would leave a residue on good wood then attracting fuzz..and we substituted with sandwich bags slipped onto legs. I had wonderred about the online prices that you have to choose from for the work....they did seem high compared to others I have had clean....especially $29 each for the few minutes it takes to clean a 2x4 throw rug almost the same as cleaning an upholstered arm chair. Two already pretty clean bedrooms were very wet...did the extractor not suck up the water hard enough. In one room the carpet has been down 20 years and cleaned multiple times, this time it buckled---but after 24+ hours dried back into shape---with extra heaters and fans running to dry it. We had moved everything possible, cleared all little stuff off surfaces etc.. Overall the cost was quite a big higher than I had paid in the past. There seems to be a lot of turn over in who is available each time needed....we'd had the same people/company for 30 years til they retired. read more

OVERPRICED! Service was good, carpets are clean but other companies (i.e. A Guaranteed Carpet cleaning) would of done just as good of job for a lot cheaper price! Brothers charged us $187, A Guaranteed would of only charged $99. Sorry guys but we will be going elsewhere next year for our annual clean. read more
