Within a minute of entering the store, we were greeted by Brant. He asked if we were looking for anything specific, showed us to the machine we wanted, and checked the warehouse to confirm that they had the exact model and color we wanted. He directed us to the counter to do the paperwork and gave my son a Serta stuffed sheep (which he loved!). Brant thoroughly explained the cost of everything (PS: the prices are very good!) and scheduled delivery for the following day. The delivery men were polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They called when they were on their way, as requested. They removed the old machine, installed the new one, and made sure everything was in working order before they left. As soon as I walked in I knew it was the place for me. It is smaller than many of the other stores but the quality of the products is amazing. Nicole greeted me and asked what I was looking for. She offered to help or let me browse. I knew I was looking for a complete living room set. Nicole spent over two hours working with me and pulling together a special order that was perfect for our home. We played with lots of different fabric samples until we got just the right combination. I am thrilled. Sadly custom orders are taking up to six months right now. Hopefully that will get better soon.
