Jeremy had the paperwork sent over for recording, which the county did eRecording. he sent me the erecorded deed all stamped and good to go from county online version, the original will be mailed back to me from the county. i called county yep everything is good! Cheaplands, Inc is very professional. they even leave you reminders to make the payment mid-month. they are serious on their end about the contract and want both parties to succeed. Cheaplands Inc. is extremely organized! I plan on doing title suit so i can put a micro farm on it one day without any hassles. Jeremy and Eric do it right..they are VERY QUICK to get the deed recorded into the county. That puts them above the rest. they don't play no games no hassles. l made my final payment the night and then the next day they got the paperwork ready got it recorded, and then sent me the paperwork showing it was that NEXT morning! Dead trees, Dirty homes, dirt driveways just a mess. We the residents been fighting with them forever and no changes been made! Actually, looks worse than ever now. FirstService charges us 320 hours a month for service wish it doesn't make any sense because the condition of the property. They spent 6 hours a week to meet with residents even being here just those hours they don't know how to respect by paying attention to us! They Had here Kim, Rahash and now they have another that she should be working as an administrator. Very green doesn't know anything, really. We can't stand it anymore. We're to fight until they get fired! They are a horrible company. No experience as so very! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!
