Maybe that's Yelp's fault, though, I don't know. I was recommended to Dr. Ng by a friend a while ago when I was in North York and had a fever. This friend was a registered patient of Dr. Ng's, said she was kind and attentive. I'm sure she's great to her clients, but as a walk-in patient I felt like she was practically shoving me out the door. I was sick and visiting a new place and had high expectations from my friend's glowing review. What a letdown. This experience has always stuck with me even though it's been years. At least Dr. Ng is currently not accepting walk-ins - sick people deserve better treatment!

Had hey sent him home with oral antibiotics I don't think he would've made it. They saved his life. I will forever be grateful to these doctors. I was suffering with pink eye and didn't want to drive that far to my family doctor so I came here instead. They were able to help and prescribed me with antibiotics. The only downside I would say is it's always super busy with very long line ups out the door. Sometimes you may need to wait more than an hour - it's insane.
