In short, a warranty isn't worth much if you refuse to honor it.

Well now the receipt is gone and they won't refill my internet for July even though they can clearly see that it was paid for. I stated to him that he did not inform us of the refill code on the bottom of the receipt and he just sat on the phone saying nothing. He then stated there is no way he can pull up the receipt. I then went to another Boost mobile and was told by that manager that he should be able to view the transaction in his pos system and there's no excuse for his unprofessionalism.
