I went there today for help setting up a replacement I Phone 12. I have to admit I am not tech savvy and prefer to have it done the right way the first time. Not make a mistake and be upset and have to rush to the store. I took it to the Burton store today 3/17/23 and was greeted by Alexis. My first impression was what a nice, happy person to wait on me. From there my needs were met by this wonderful person. In no time I was walking out the door with a smile on my face completely happy! If you need any kind of help I suggest you go to the Burton store and ask for Alexis to help you! You will not be sorry! AT&T should be very happy to have such a wonderful employee! Great experience here! From the moment entering the door to walking out with almost exactly what I came for- a new phone, screen saver and case. Micha, Jon and Mike provided awesome customer service clearly laying out my options and answering any questions I had. Their trainee(I'm sorry I can't recall his name) was kind enough to search for a few case options while we finalized the phone and plan. I was unable to find any additional phone accessories I had to have for the buy 2, get 1 free promotion but I was grateful they mentioned it to me regardless. I had to visit this AT&T store today to get help with 2 email accounts. The manager, Jonathan, was great! My problem wasn't even something they do in the retail stores, but he completely fixed the 2 accounts for me. I had unusual issues, and he had several opportunities to give up, but he persisted and got everything back to normal for me. Very personable and knowledgeable! I would give 10 stars if I could! I recently signup for ATT at this store for my mobile plan. I worked with the assistant store manager Tyler Vert. He told me I would be getting a BOGO on my phones, he gave me a print out showing a total monthly cost of $116.75, and told me I would be getting HBO with the deal. None of this happened. The ATT loyalty center informed me that the franchises are all commission based and that they often hear complaints like this. I am waiting to see if ATT is going to honor the deal they made however to this point they do not even want to see the printed monthly quote I was given at the store. From what I learned at the loyalty center I was deliberately deceived at this store. I strongly recommend that a person avoid ATT in general. Franchises are steered by corporate policy and apparently ATT fosters one of deception to the consumer. read more
