This is a top notch company from the first call in to them, which was answered quickly and professionally, to suprisingly the same day repair! I was told I could bring my laptop in and sure enough, there was a tech to look it over. Two hours later I received a text that it was fixed, what the repair was, and the cost. I can't say that this is the normal experience, as my repair was just a fried wifi card and a simple fix for a technician, but I was ecstatic! If you have questions about products, applications, how it happened, and prevention, you get answers. If you have issues with the service, MIke listens with an open ear and respect, a critical business trait when you are dealing with a lot of different personalities.
