My T-Mobile insurance sent me to this repair company. My iPhone 12 Pro Max had a cracked screen and the speaker was low volume. The repair guy was very nice ( I'm sorry that I don't remember his name). He fixed my phone in 30 minute, I am so happy that the insurance company sent me to get my phone fixed instead of giving me a refurbished phone.Although the 15 is the newest iPhone, my 12 is doing just fine and i plan to hold onto it for a long time to come. read more

Mini-Me's iPhone had a sticky home button and kept shutting off, resetting as well as a cracked screen. Called them up, explained the problem and they said come on over and we will see what we can do. They kept the phone a little longer then expected because there was some miscommunication on when to come back, no ones fault. Mini-Me was fine and able to live without her phone for a day. Picked up the phone, paid about $100.00 and change- and it was all good. Great service, they give an honest explanation of what the issue is and how they will repair it - IF possible, reasonable pricing, especially if you don't have phone insurance. I dont know if I'm just more friendly or talkative than most, but I've had the best experiences one can expect and so have meant to write this review for several years. I have found these guys to be very decent guys who have gotten me out of at least 3 jams with cells phones and tablets. In one case I had thankfully already bought a backup copy of a cell phone I had. The primary(the one I was using) eventually broke. In order to keep my previously obtained lower cost subscription I had to use the same cellphone-but it was broken. So they removed the guts of the broken one (with the broken case) and put the guts into my backup cell and away I went, fixed with the same low cost cell plan and really amazed. I have had at least two other experiences like that. Another was when they couldn't fix a 10" Samsung tablet because the part was not available they didnt charge me anything even though they took it apart. That was my 2nd and will be my last Samsung experience. Two strikes and you're out. Today I called about selling some Mac Airs I have and they first honestly advised selling them on EBay. I balked at that idea as I dont have the time, etc. so they said bring them in and they'll take a look at making me an decent offer. FYI, I am not related to the business or anyone there in any way. My phone screen shattered so badly it no longer displayed anything - just a blank gray screen. I was super nervous it would cost an arm and a leg to repair, or that I'd have to buy a new phone entirely. Luckily, CPR saved the day! In 45 minutes, I had a new phone screen, a new battery (mine was swollen & dying - thx verizon), a tempered glass screen, and a case all for a reasonable price. With the rising cost of cellphones and MacBooks I debated bringing my damaged electronics to one of those mall kiosks but then someone told me about this place and I am so grateful. The entire staff is pleasant and professional, the work they've performed has been exceptional, the prices are very good and the turn around time is phenomenal. They stand behind their work and they offer free repairs if the item stops working (obviously not if you break it in a new way) so far the fixed my cellphone (twice) and my laptop (once). Giving this five stars because I was very happy with the service provided and the end result. My phone was smashed beyond recognition after pretty much the worst work day of my life. I brought it here after I found it recommended on my local community FB page as an affordable and reliable repair shop. I felt the price was extremely fair, and the owner is actually on site most of the time and is very good with customer interaction. Honest work, didn't try to hide any fees or upcharge/upsell anything. EXTREMELY good with communication! I guess they fix more than just screens and stuff so if I ever have other further issues I know this is the only place I'm going to go and I recommend anyone nearby to shop here. It's very clear, this is a community business with great service and product. Also I got my phone back really fast. Sidenote I bought a DVD here so that's cool, too. read more

My iPhone had two green lines running down the entire screen after downloading new software , so I was online with Apple forever and they could not help me. I went to Apple which offered a new screen for 400 or to replace the phone , Best Buy, target, and Verizon said the same thing and that it would take over a week. My phone screen shattered one night and the screen was static so I couldn't use it at all. I dropped it off when they opened and I was able to leave it with them until I was ready to pick it up later which was nice rather than having to wait there like some other stores. It's been a few weeks and the screen is just as good as the day I bought the phone! CPR also has a great lifetime warranty if the screen becomes damaged again due to an internal cause (not water or dropping it). read more

My phone decided to join me in the hot tub for about 5 minutes a few weeks back. After letting it dry off in a bag of rice for a day and it still not turning on I had given up hope. I figured it as good as dead and had even ordered another phone. My sister recommend I try this place after they fixed her phone lense. I really liked my Nexus 6P and wasn't particularly interested in getting a new phone. I figured 50 bucks to have them at least look at it and attempt to salvage it was better than spending about a grand on a new one. I didn't expect much and the owner was honest with me, saying roughly 75% he's able to breathe life back into. After taking a look at my phone, they had it up and running later that day. Unfortunately the water had completely messed up the microphone and they had to order a replacement part requiring a few more days in the shop. The day the part got it in, they installed it and got my phone up and running.
