He was very helpful in explaining to me how I could use the copy machine myself to print my photos. He then assisted me to show me how to do it. While he was still helping me with the pictures, a black young lady yelled over to us in a very nasty threatening voice " Michael what are you doing, He can cut his own pictures" I was totally shocked at how she spoke to Michael like that, when he was being such a kind young man helping out a paying customer.
