I got my phone screen fixed a while ago and it was not a quality screen (although I paid almost…read more$200) as it started blacking out in spots less than a year later. I actually had an appointment and it still took them an hour and a half. What I have a bigger issue with is the fact that they asked for my passcode to fix my screen and then held my phone in the back for so long. I've been very uncomfortable with this and have not spoken to a manager about it because I wasn't sure if it was protocol until my husband took in his phone recently and they didn't ask for his passcode. If I don't get a response to this review I will be calling and speaking to the manager or owner about this.
