SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS! DO NOT BRING ANY OF YOUR DEVICES HERE for "repair!" You will live to regret it! Their entire staff = Incompetent, Dishonest, etc. I brought my tablet/laptop in on Thursday, March 21, 2019. I called about a quote for the repair a day or two before. I was told $49.95 for the screen repair (it simply needed to be secured in place b/c the worn adhesive somehow had the screen protruding out of place) but on March 21st, I was told an additional $50 at drop-off for some supposed battery issue which the tech claimed was the cause of the screen issue. TIM is one of the crappiest people @ this Your Geek location. Shawn is also dishonest, unprofessional, and has the audacity to be sarcastic w/ you when you check him on their shady business operation. I was placed on their text & email list for "updates" about my repair, that I never got. I called on Monday, March 26 for the updates I wasn't receiving and amidst the annoying conversation, I let the Your Geek tech know that I would come by to pick up my tablet/laptop on Tuesday at 10AM. Fun Fact: Your Geek does NOT always open up at 9AM like Google and their business sign say, so be prepared for that. Anyways, at pick up, I was even more pissed because my tablet screen was damaged while in the possession of Your Geek. I requested a refund for the money I ultimately wasted on HORRIBLE WORK. They didn't honor it, BUT my financial inst. did. I got $36 of $96 back, only b/c I used $60 for cash and they don't provide proper invoices b/c they know they're doing crooked work. Also, the Microsoft Surface series of devices are supposed to be TOUCH SCREEN, BUT my tablet/laptop IS NO LONGER touch screen functioning due to the DAMAGE done by the "experts" of this CRAPPY "BUSINESS." DO NOT GIVE these SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY, BUSINESS, OR ANY REFERRALS if you're smart. read more

I had such a great experience with this place! I presented a laptop that was literally falling apart but could not part with it as it had expensive software and years of important files that were impossible to replace. I explained my situation and they instantly got it! They explained several options to me giving pros/cons and the cost for those options (fix or transfer the hard drive). It wasn't about selling me something I didn't need or squeezing money out of me for labor and parts but rather coming up with the best solution for the problem. The staff are very good-natured and professional, not to mention quick. They understood the urgency of my situation and I was able to pick up my laptop with all the files and software in tact within (not 5 days as I was originally told because of shipping time frame) but 4 hours! They were able to find an even better computer in house than the one I had originally decided on and the cost was very reasonable! Great job guys! read more

I researched several computer repair shops in the area before deciding to take my family's laptop into Your Geek to be repaired. I was hesitant because I've had some not so great experiences with other computer repair shops. The staff at Your Geek are professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions (I asked several). The customer service is awesome! I could tell they like their job and enjoy helping people. And the prices reasonable. What I appreciate most about Your Geek is that they really wanted to help me and didn't see me as just 'a number' or money in their register. I highly recommend Your Geek if you're having any computer or computer related issues. I will be a return customer and refer my friends and family to the shop. Wonderful ! Good business people that will guarantee to make it right ! Brought a media projector in to be repaired and the parts were difficult to find and other issues arose , but I paid for a diagnostic, and parts and labor but it was not possible to fix the old movie time projector , Your Geek made a promise to fix it but when it became apparent all was lost , they replaced it with a newer model . This was a very honorable move as a business person and I applaud them for this decision . I did not have to argue or complain , they just made things right . I'm from the Old-School and it reminded me of when people did honest business and Your Geek will give you just that .HONEST BUSINESS ! First of all these guys know what they are doing and they do it well. My experience with the store was one that was just incredible because these guys not only repaired my computer but help me when times were a little rough financially. The level of customer care is second to none. Your Geek is definitely a computer repair company that YOU MUST USE. These guys are very professional and knowledgeable. I brought in my Sony Vaio computer and they search and re-searched until they found and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a hard drive issue. They installed a newer hard drive and gave me my old hard drive as a back up memory drive. Other folks would have kept it, repaired it and resold it.
