RUN DONT WALK!!!! My first screen repair 1 year ago went well $400 My 2nd screen repair 1 month ago was a fail $200 Upon repair pickup the phone seemed to work but my back of my phone was cracked and acted like it was like that in which it was not my phone has resided in a case it's entire existence. During the 1st week you could not have the phone plugged in and use the screen as it was glitching and pixelating. 2nd week the phone said water or debris in the port and was never water damaged at any point. Now the screen has a loose connection and will work if you push on the screen. CPR of niles said they have trouble with the replacement of a Samsung s23 ultra screen. This was never mentioned before the repair. And now want $300 more to attempt a 2nd repair out of my wallet. To top it off the employee said I was 2 months out of warranty when it is actually 5 days out of warranty. So inability to repair a s23 ultra as well as math is not their strong point either. So long story short this place ruined a $1400.00 phone and denied any warranty even though it was 5 days past and keep in mind they were closed for the holidays which hampered my efforts to a timely consultation for the malfunctioning repair. read more

I'm absolutely pissed off at this place DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!, I went in with a working phone and I was using the phone with the lady Leah and she also seen that my phone was working because I was showing her my military information and she said let me go back and see if we have the iPhone 14 Pro Max screen for you and she did so and then the guy Dan came out to get a ticket setup for me while Leah fix the line that was going down on my screen. He even said I was getting $15 dollars off for my military discount and I told him thanks. Well I was sitting in the Lobby for about 30 min or so then Dan comes out saying they couldn't fix it and I was like why is my screen completely lifted and green and he said it was already like that when they got it and they literally didn't know I had just taken a picture of how my phone was and it was still working with no problems. I just needed the line off the screen. Dan then said to me I'm sorry it's nothing I can do after they messed my whole phone up and I had caught a uber there but I had to walk over 6 miles to get back home because I couldn't use my phone anymore and he looked up a cab service number after I asked him since they messed u my phone and the cab was $80 if they would have came. I don't need phone repair much, but with a 16 year old in the house it's inevitable. I call this place for a price on a battery, the guy says $55 plus parts tax and labor. Ok great! I ask what am I looking at in labor? He replies with the same $55 plus parts tax and labor but added "take it or leave it" then hung up on me. Well I guess I'll take the second option and leave it. If I could give 0, I would. I dropped phone off on Sep 8, 2022. Checked in periodically and was told multiple times, they were still working to get it powered on. Then I was told a couple of times it was going to be sent off or they were still trying. Red flag was the high turn over rate of employees. Fast forward to today, 12/5/23, stopped into Niles, OH location and said I wanted my phone back because after a year, it obviously could not be repaired. I was told the phone was not there. 1st it was after 6 months, then after 30 days it was sent for reconditioning. I said that means all data would be wiped. Oh, no, we, at CPR, cannot do that without permission. I was told, a call was made to manager and they would find phone. I seriously doubt that will happen. Pretty sure my phone was reconditioned/refurbished and sold off. This business is a joke and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. They had my phone number. The least they could do is call or text, as I was told they would so before doing anything with my phone. Never again. This is a sorry business that doesn't know jack about phone repair. My guess is, they make money by taking people's phones under the guise of, they can fix. Their true intention is to sell off your phone at a profit for themselves. read more

Broke my son's phone during a simple cracked screen repair. The tech checking us in even confirmed that the phone was in perfect working order before we left it. The phone is now completely and entirely shot. Wanted me to pay $150 more for them to "try" and fix it. Offered no other solution. We completely lost any trade-in value and everything on the phone.
