I shopped with Zach's help and he was such a great salesman! I was very anxious and indecisive and he remained so patient and calm, it really helped through the whole experience. My husband and I even felt comfortable enough to ask him about redesigning my engagement ring and he showed us options that fit our budget and what I've wanted for years! So we ended up being able to purchase my diamond earrings AND redesign my ring all for a price we could afford.
