A detailed honest review of the customer service: ( * I gave them a phone on 2 days before xmas and was promised a diagnostic update that same day. No update & no communication on a delay. * I wait 3 days (giving them some grace b/c of holiday). No update. I called and again promised a diagnostic on Friday evening. No call back. *Called the next day Friday, another person said they will do diagnostic & call me back. No call back. *Called Monday to get an update. Someone said it needs a new camera but don't have that part and I need to wait a couple of days. *Called Wednesday, they don't have the part still and said another few days. *Call Friday, again waiting for part. *Called following Monday, 'they should get the part Tuesday and I'll get may phone Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes with no phone and no call from them. * Wednesday comes & goes. * Thursday (today) still waiting for any contact. There is a general theme here. There has not be ONE call from them with any type of follow-up for 2 weeks. Not one. Good communication & timely repair should be the highlight of a cell phone repair service. I took my phone in to see if it could be repaired. I have an iPhone 15 pro, he went into the back, looked around & said they didn't have my part because the phone was too new? Really? Then he went back to check with another employee & he said the same thing. It's a year old, how can you not have the part? He said he'd look into it further & call me either way. I never heard back. Had a problem with my laptop. They diagnosed the problem while I was waiting. No charge for that. They fixed the problem that day. Very friendly and professional service. While there I saw the same occurring for customers with cell phone problems. Cost for me was less than expected. read more

Great customer service. Fixed the camera glass covers on my iPhone 13 after the phone got run over by a car(!) in about 15 minutes and at a very affordable price. I got so lucky. The scree protector on my iphone 14 camera recently broke. I wasn't able to remove the screen protector myself. I called the store and they said to come on in and they would take care of it. I arrived and the team immediately assessed my screen protector. After about 2 minutes it was removed at no cost. This team took care of my issue quickly and effectively. read more

I broke my Samsung Galaxy A13 and before I came in I went online to book an appointment for 5 o'clock on February 2, 2023 at the Royersford location. The first thing that the gentleman told me was that they couldn't repair my phone because in order to replace the front glass they would need to replace the back plastic and thats not true!!!! The back of the phone had nothing to do with the screen and when I booked my appointment online, it would've told me that I would've needed the back to be replaced as well so I knew he was lying. I'm not mad that the employee lied to me I'm mad that I had to travel 30 minutes to this location and my phone is still not fixed!! read more

Absolutely no regard for the customer. I lost money because of this place and wish I could give negative stars. I was considering purchasing an iPad mini 6 with cracked screen when I called asking for a repair estimate on the model. They said $150 but to bring it in for an exact cost. I asked if it would be the same screen with same gamut, contrast ratio and resolution and they assured me it would be. Even if it ended up being twice the estimated cost, I would have been okay with that quote. They emphasized I should get there as soon as possible so I took the next afternoon off work to drive up from Philly. Traffic was bad so this took over an hour but I was expected a quote and probable repair. All they did was tell me they can't fix it because no one but apple can get the screens. You do not need me in your store to tell me that. If you can't fix it because you can't get the screens just say so, don't give me all the answers I want to hear (same screen, low ball estimate...) when you have no idea because you can't even get the screen. I turned around and sat in traffic for over another hour. I lost about $200 in pay by taking the day off and spent another $300 on a device that will cost more than new after a repair at apple. Promises same screen because you want to hear it when they have no idea if it's the same screen because in reality they don't have one or the ability to get one. Gives a low price because you want to hear it rather than giving you a price based on estimated costs. They just want to get you in the store. Awful experience with a worthless company. read more
