The last time that I got my phone repaired there it was $50 and then I went today and I left my phone I signed the thing the guy said it was gonna be $70. DO NOT COME HERE, unless you are ready to make multiple trips because their service is so sloppy that they don't do things right and even can damage your device. those 4 stars in GOOGLE reviews are MISLEADING. How such sloppy business can have 4 stars, the young people that work there are so nasty, they have that don't care attitude, and talk to you like they are talking to their parents or sth (However I clarify that I do not have any problem with the tall guy that is bald, he is kind). I went in to have a screen replaced, and 2 weeks after the fix I needed to use the frontal camera, to find out that there was something behind the glass covering the camera . Had to come back and get it fixed. Then when coming in to pick up my phone, this young dude had this awful attitude towards another person when I came in, she told me they put a refurbished battery when she paid for new, and when replacing the battery they broke the phone screen, replaced it but didn't tell her. It was really terrible the attitude this young person had, and the other young white fat guy is worse. Came back and was told my phone exploded and caught fire. Any compensation for my completely ruining my phone? Nope! This company is a complete scam. Customer service is top notch! I asked Levi, the fellow behind the counter, for assistance in getting Google Assistant working. Took an iPhone in for a screen repair, and at the time of service the phone was fully functional. The repair was done in the 30 minutes promised, however, the phone returned to us was completely dead and wouldn't hold a charge past 2%. The shop declared it unsalvageable and suggested that the battery died due to some negligence on our part. (???). I prepaid because I wasn't sure I had the money in my account. They replaced my battery and found it wasn't the battery. The person helping me told me I could get a refund. when I called asking about that they said they do not offer refunds and insisted that their battery that they had was bad. they said they ordered a new battery and told me to come in and try it again. I do not live in santa Fe and it's extremely out of my way to come here. I was told on the phone that even If replacing The battery wasn't the issue they would give me something of equal value of pay. I came and replaced the battery as they recommended and that didn't solve the problem. As I warned them. Then after discovering who I was, they told the other employe there that I could not get anything of equal value. So I lost $109 and drove all the way to town for nothing twice. I'm very upset I was told on the phone that even if it's not the battery I could get something of equal value and now that I drove into town and spent 5hrs waiting they told me they won't do anything for me. I was desparate. Apple said my photos were lost. Day before Thanksgiving my phone dropped in the toilet. I replaced my screen with an Amazon screen. Had I known how GREAT this store was I would have gone there first. Amazon screen did not work, Apple told me I had to update. Tried this and phone was unable to update. A restore was my only option and I would have lost everything, 8,000 photos. Of which were photos of my grandmother who has since past. I was almost in tears when I arrived at CPR. They were my last hope. Had I known they were the ones who could fixed this all along, this would have been my first stop. I'm so sorry I have no ones name, but they not only retrieved all 8,000 photos but the got my phone working. No words can express how appreciative I am. They only charged me $30 and saved my whole world. Anyone who thinks this store cannot help is crazy. IF YOU NEED YOUR PHONE FIXED GO HERE FIRST!!!! They work miracles and do not make you feel like an idiot. I want them to know and Santa Fe to know how happy they have made this iPhone user, that thought all was lost. Be careful about replacing your broken iphone screen here. I signed a release to the effect that if anything went wrong they weren't responsible. I paid close to $100 to get the screen replaced. My phone worked when I left the kiosk but the next day my phone was dead and would not recharge. Battery replacement didn't work. Had to get a replacement phone from the iphone store in ABQ. Only use iphone to replace your screen. Apparently they have to do some resets to make the process work. This trip cost me $400 instead of the $129 at apple to replace the screen.
