    Avoid at all costs! Took my laptop in for an upgrade and they really did me dirty. They erased…read moreall my programs and data because an error on their part supposedly and gave me a 10% refund because they knew they messed up bad. On the contrary, I don't think I should've paid a dime considering they did more harm than good. Worst customer service experience ever. You've been warned. Edit: prior to making this review, in fact I did message customer service via email and was given the brush off. So the response is completely negligible or only for others who are reading this.

The store returned it to me shattered, completely unusable, and literally in TWO PIECES. All of this extra damage happened while the phone was in their possession, yet they refuse to take responsibility. They gave us the option of having the old parts put back on the phone -- which we agreed to -- but then they stalled for HOURS and never actually put the parts back on. After repeated excuses and missed timelines, we finally requested our phone back. Instead of being upfront, they handed it to us destroyed and acted like that was acceptable. It was obvious they broke the device during the repair attempt and then tried to cover it up by dragging out the process. And to make things worse, they tried to blame Asurion, even though Asurion had nothing to do with the additional damage they caused. I'm now left with a phone their team destroyed and a store that refuses to fix or replace it. This was the most dishonest and irresponsible service I've ever experienced. Do NOT bring your phone here unless you're prepared to get it back in pieces. Additionally: I know they will respond on here trying to resolve the issue for (others to see) but I have emails from their case manager, Jennifer refusing to take any accountability. I will NOT take my phone back and I will NOT refer this place to anyone.

    I was visiting from out of town and decided to purchase a new phone. I was told my data transfer…read morewould only take about 45 minutes. The download took 18 hours. By the time I got to my home state my new phone stopped working. The reason it stopped working was because I was sold a 256g phone but had a 512g phone. All of my data was not able to transfer. Before going to my local store, I didn't realize what was happening, so I was making sure my new phone was able to access all the app with usernames and passwords. I went to my local store because now, I'm not able to send/receive text and calls. I was deleting apps off the old phone because they are now on the new phone. The rep at the store in my home state realize the issue and told me I will be charged a restocking fee of $55 because the phone box has been opened and if I want my phone to work, there is no way around it. So now, I had to upgrade my phone from 256g to 512g, pay taxes again on the 2nd new phone, lost alot of my apps because they wiped the first new phone cleaned and reactivated my old phone. What a mess! Now, I am out of money, a new phone and have to wait 7-10 days for the new phone because they are not in stock. Is it not so hard for the reps to view the gigs on the current phone and ask do I want less gigs or not? I was also told I would have to call customer care and ask them for the restocking fee of $55 back because of the error of the rep. I understand errors are made; however, the cost and time lost falls on me, the customer, with nothing more than an apology. I will NEVER purchase a phone out of state and from a non( PRIME) AT&T store again.

I would have never allowed this person any access to my account had I known they would be removing services that I enjoyed. Customer service was worthless and said once it is removed it cant be reapplied. Thanks sales guy! You are awesome at your job. NOT
