He then showed me the pricing on the screen but I sensed his irritation at me questioning the pricing. An accurate quote would have given me the option to seek out another repair company of equal reputation before deciding whether to use the service and driving 45 minutes to the location. Hector then committed to coming to our office the following morning. Unfortunately, he never showed up and never called to let us know he would not be coming. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, the lack of communication after making a second commitment was extremely disappointing.
