The man who helped me at the counter rang me up for a higher price of $170 pretax. When I questioned the price on the receipt, it made him uncomfortable and he went into a spill about not forcing a customer to have a repair completed. I questioned the pricing for accounting purposes as the repair was related to a work phone and I reported what was quoted. He then showed me the pricing on the screen but I sensed his irritation at me questioning the pricing. An accurate quote would have given me the option to seek out another repair company of equal reputation before deciding whether to use the service and driving 45 minutes to the location. I chose to leave and seek out other options.

My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen. I believe it cost around $170. I knew they would do quality work, so I had no problem paying the price. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of my screen.
