I recently took the ACLS class for renewal, which was required in the middle of the pandemic and city shut down. I felt very safe in the class and all necessary precautions were taken to make sure that we were able to study and get all of the information that we needed without putting anybody in jeopardy. Kurt was so amazing that he was even able to work with other people taking the class afterward to ensure they had all of the certifications that day before they left the center so that they could get back to work and not have to come back to another class. The class was a lot of fun and we did equal amounts of learning and laughing. I would definitely take any other Recertification class that I needed to with this company. The BLS / CPR class I attended today was by far the best class I have ever attended in the US, over the past 17 years! The well organized and professional approach from registration to finish was par excellent! The class itself was well conducted with the clear objective of all the trainees becoming comfortable and confident in performing CPR and rescuing choking victims. The latest updates on CPR protocol in handling infants to adults under varying circumstances was clearly articulated with through hands-on practice on what it is to actually do a CPR for full 2 minutes! The use of practical and real-life examples and the use of Videos for clarifying concepts was a genius approach! Never felt bored or exhausted. The whole set up was very well coordinated and the mannequins were well maintained. I would recommend this training to anyone who is serious about rescuing lives. Excellent job! read more

Every time I've taken it, the instructors are clear, informative, and provide real life situations and experiences. I'm not a medical professional; I teach at and manage a PB studio, and always leave feeling confident that I can help a client if the they ever need it. I've recommended trainees to CPR Florida and I'll continue to choose CPR Florida every time I need to renew because the instructors are kind and chock full of knowledge and experience. I needed to renew my BLS certification, and found CPR Florida of Pompano when googling. I was pleased to see that they offered midweek morning classes, which is exactly what I was looking for. I had an issue when paying for the class, and received prompt feedback resolving the issue. There were several reminders sent prior to the class, and communication was good advising where exactly the class would be held. On the day of the class, the instructor was extremely knowledgeable, and it was a great class - with instructor sharing his first hand experiences, video demonstrations, and offering hand on practical opportunities. Great class to take for learning Basic Life support skills. The instructors were funny and very kind. They offered us water and snacks as well. I went into this class thinking it would be a VERY LONG few hours but the time flew because of the way the instructor kept us engaged with his jokes and upbeat personality. I was also sent my ecard right away with my certification. The material was very straight forward and the instructor was willing to answer any questions without hesitation. I felt very prepared after leaving my CPR class. The instructor provided information that I had not learned in previous CPR courses I have taken. It was not boring and very interactive. The mannequins provided made me feel like I could actually perform successful CPR on a real patient. Just finished ACLS course at this facility. Excellent experience overall. Clean, adheres to covid guidelines and instructor works with you to be successful. Other notes: May want to pull up a quick aerial view on google map to make sure you have an idea of where the building is situated. Street view will reveal entrance to the building. Edit: They also send an email 2 hours before class with a picture of the building & a interactive map just in case. read more

6/3 Update: I received the digital card and certification paperwork within an hour following the course. Following that came a snail mail shipment with a tshirt and a personal follow up email. Instead, he used time effectively by showing the parts of the videos that we needed and instructed the rest of the time. I took my first ACLS Certification class here and it did not disappoint me for the instructor made it very informative and quick and easy to understand. I got my AHA ACLS card the same day and it's valid for two years. I also have to mention the facility because it's beautiful, clean, and tidy.
