He was very…read moreinformational and serious when he had to be, but he made the class enjoyable and very interactive. Because of covid the actual class was done via zoom and the competency portion was done in person at the facility. At first I was very skeptical because the class was going to be done via zoom. I thought I wouldn't be taught as effectively as I would had it been in person but I was very wrong. He called on us multiple times to ask us questions, role play certain scenarios, and even interact in the chat. The portion in person was very simple too, you simply show competency with a firearm and he explains a little more and gives you in the end your certificate. A lot of police departments aren't offering fingerprints right now due to COVID-19 but he has BOS coming to his facility twice a week to do fingerprints for $50, which I went ahead and did. This facility also offers multiple courses for firearm safety and training which I do look forward to taking sometime soon. Overall I truly recommend this place if you're looking to getting your concealed weapons license or if you want further firearm training. Chris is definitely doing amazing things here!

He was not only able to accommodate my last minute schedule but also let me rent guns from him so that I could learn. He took the time to ease my anxiety and to learn more about what I wanted to do in the Air Force (reached out to friends and did some research to know exactly what weapons I will be trained in using). When I arrived at the range he went over clear rules and made sure that we were on the same page when it came to safety being a priority. He went over terminology, gun anatomy, stance, and even taught me a little about the physics of a traveling bullet. He was able to easily tell what I was doing wrong and right and help explain it to me in a helpful and friendly way. Because of his guidance my shooting got better every time! Krav Maga is a skill set that is very useful for self defense. They have 2 main rooms to teach where they can separate between advance and beginner students. We did their level one and they were so accommodating and considerate that I had a hand injury. They visually showed us techniques and had us partner up and practice ourselves, always correcting and encouraging along the way. We practiced pretend real world scenarios of attackers attempting to choke and grab and how we can overpower them to escape. They provide kicking and punching pads during the practice. The whole experience was enjoyable and fun. I would love to bring my dad here. We had the pleasure to meet the owner Randall who showed us around the studio, that is also super clean and maintained, and Kim our level one instructor. They were both such cool genuine people. I definitely recommend the studio for their quality in teaching, supplies and personalities!
