She was willing to work with my availability which is a big plus because I have a busy schedule. The class was straight forward and we went over first aid, watched videos, went over questions and she took the time to answer all my questions. After, we went over CPR and it was nice to see the mannequin that connects to a smart device and tells you if you are doing it correctly or not. I will be honest, I wanted to cut the face off like Dwight in Office. I restrained myself! ! All in all, she is great and you can tell that she has a lot of experience. I highly encourage anyone to attend this office if you need/want to get certified. You won't be disappointed!

The best part of taking the classes at 411 is the trainer, Kiki! She helps make the almost 3 hours (for each class) go by rather quickly and has some hilarious stories about personal experiences that keep it fun! They have all kinds of things you may need for your home/car/etc that can help prevent accidents from happening and then give you the training you need in case they do! It is impossible to teach them to be safe without getting their heads in the water. No goggles are allowed during lessons, this is for safety. All students must be able to open their eyes and determine which way is up. Each lesson consists of 25 minutes of instruction and five minutes of “free time.” However, if your student is having a difficult day they may work the full entire 30 minutes. Please remember much of what we teach your child will be learning for the first time. Some kids struggle with one or more of the safety elements, but teaching and practicing that skill each day is very important to help them overcome their fear and help keep them safe. Your child may be very uncomfortable putting their face in the water but it is our job to help overcome those fears. It can be very difficult for parents to watch their child be scared, but please remember we are here to help your child become safe and have FUN! Swimming is a great activity for all kids to enjoy, and I want all of my students to enjoy it by being safe. All teachers have CPR training.

And would not let me take the class even though I showed up. I paid $100 for this class For them to just tell me no you're not taking it. And nobody I talked to wanted to help me figure out what we could do. The only thing the Red Cross honors is their no refund policy. Greed hungry people. I was the test to see if our company wanted to use this source as a CPR class for our employees. However, given how I was treated. And the fact that nobody honors their word or the papers that are printed and provided. I highly recommend reaching out to your fire stations or some other form for CPR classes. Don't waste your money through the American Red Cross.

I called them and asked if they would look at my Sony A7xxx series camera and was told now that they don't work on them and directed me to send it to Sony. ( that is another thing altogether). They used to be a lot more customer friendly. I will never go back there and advise anyone not to go either.
